Best customer service ever!!!!! I walked into Buckle a bit defeated from not being able to find jeans that fit properly, were the proper rise, and looked decent. The associates were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and patient while I tried on pair after pair. I am beyond grateful for them and will now only purchase Buckle for my jeans.

The associate that I talked to, Jodie, was so helpful! I am on the shorter side and it is hard for me to find jeans that I like. Jodie gave me so many options to choose from and made sure that I left with a pair that I truly love.

I shopped here today and had a great experience with help from Trent. He was saying hello and welcoming each customer as they came into the store, then asked if there was anything particular I was looking for. I really hate shopping and had been in about 13 stores before this, without any store employees acknowledging me. So at this point I wanted help. I told him that I was looking for jeans and it had been years since I've bought a pair. I live on an island so shorts are my "go to." He was so quick to pull a couple pair and ask if I liked the style, then helped me find sizes. While I was in the dressing room, I could hear his bubbly personality greeting customers and helping other customers. When I cashed out, he was busy, but I was sure to thank him and tell him the store is lucky to have him! He's an asset to that store. I would've spent $300 on those jeans and not even blinked an eye lol! I literally did not even look at the cost. The experience was that great! As a business owner I can appreciate that he was loving his job and working hard for the company. Most people these days show up to work and do the minimum just to get a pay check. I could tell Trent liked what he was doing. And if he was faking it, then fake it till you make it Trent! You are fabulous and Buckle is lucky to have you. Thank you again for a lovely shopping experience.

My favorite shop. Whenever I visit here... I always find something new and interesting. If you like funky, trendy, and new age collection, then do visit them once to check out. Of course, the staff is super friendly and helpful to find your size or help you order online.

The managers are great! Very helpful and let you try on styles that are on the mannequins for display if needed for whatever fit reason have gone into other stores where they didnt allow that so it was nice to get better treatment in this location bought a pair of levis in this store, that fit great💯

Pretty much here weekly. Big fan of the Howitzer line. Store is always clean and tidy. Manager Patty is awesome, constantly suggesting different items to check out. Great service by far!

Large store with a great selection of unique clothing I could best describe as "country chic" given the patterns and colors used. Pricing is in line with what you could expect from a boutique style clothier. They have also teamed up to offer "Hurley" brand and "Mission Belt" brand beyond their own primary line.

Young lady did a wonderful job trying to find the right size for my old body. Didn't have the right s size in the store but will contract me when the size comes into the store.. Will sure stop in there again.

Great selection. Saleswoman with the cowboy boots was very helpful. Will come back when I visit my son at Brockport.
