Pine Hill Cottages & Motel

Excellent location on lake Chautauqua. The cottages are top-notch in the owners are wonderful people.

Couldn't ask for a more quiet simple and majestic place, tucked on the hillside of Chautauqua Lake.
My son and I working in the area from out of town absolutely love ability to walk just down to the pier and toss in a line after a long day at work.

Would like to give Dawn the front desk help, a great big THANK YOU. For her help and plethora of knowledge and information about the area.

Will definitely be back in the future to stay here. For a simple vacation, for work, or just to get away for the weekend. An awesome and amazing place!

What a find!! First time staying and would definitely stay again. The owner and office manager were both friendly and helpful. We had a deck motel room with a view of the lake. Quiet and quaint. Was only planning to stay one night but decided to stay another since we were enjoying the peaceful setting. Highly recommend! Thanks again for a great stay.

Owner was very communicative and thoughtful. Since we were arriving after dark, she sent detailed instructions with map ahead of time, had the lights on and AC on to welcome us. The room was clean and air smelled fresh. Walls were all pine. Room was very quiet, except for the AC window unit. We would have looked to stay longer to enjoy the lake front, but didn't have much time in our schedule. Would absolutely go back again.

Dawn made everything special from start to end.

The cabins were clean and comfortable. We had three cabins and one chalet.

I had contacted other accomodations in the area and decided on Pine Hill.

Cannot wait to visit Pine Hills again.

Wonderful place right on Lake Chautauqua in upstate NY. So many fun activities to do and see, and the locals are really friendly. We rented a house right on the lake inside Pine Hill and it was lovely. Plenty of room for the whole family (10) people total. The local towns are close by (20 minutes) and the area is very clean. Will definitely be staying again and recommending to friends

Absolutely fantastic. The room I stayed in was full of pine and wood, had a large wood deck with table and chairs, a generous bathroom, plenty of windows with window treatments and views of the lake during the day and the stars at night. Everything in the room seemed new and the beds, pillows, and linens were fresh and extremely comfortable. Making things even better, the price was just as wonderful as the room. We couldn't believe that such a lovely place could come at such a bargain. This place has cottages and other accommodations as well, but I loved our little hotel-style room (which I would recommend) and would highly recommend this place to others. This was one of the best motel experiences I've ever had.

The owners are friendly and helpful! The grounds are covered in beautiful ferns and pine and hanging begonias. We loved the floating dock and our spacious 2 room cabin 4a. Would reccomend... well priced for the size.

We stayed at one of the chalets with our family and the accommodations were fantastic! Great lake access, comfortable, and a true retreat feel. The chalets was very clean, well equipped, and had a gorgeous view of Lake Chautauqua. Highly recommended!

Our family has been coming here for the past 10years. It is family friendly but quiet, comfortable, exception service, the grounds and buildings are well maintained. We have rented cottages and also stayed in the motel rooms. We have never had a bad experience and every time we return it feels like we have come home.

Wonderful place to be. It's right on the lake, our room has a great view. The owners and the employees are fantastic people. Highly recommend.

Very quiet when we were there. You have access to a dock but there's no boat launch there. You'll have to find one. Cabins are spacious and clean. The one we'd were in n was recently renovated.

The cabin was very clean (no musty smell like some places) and the owner and staff were great. Good perch fishing off the dock. A must do!

This was our 3 year spending time at Pine Hill, so glad that we discovered them. Would highly recommend this private getaway to everyone.

I can't believe how nice the staff was. The cabins were super quaint and just close enough to the water that it wasn't that bad of a walk .
