Love Target! So many items at affordable prices. It’s so simple to order online and pick-up or have delivered same day, or even shipped. It is even easier to return the items. Target really knows what appeals to buyers. Thanks Target!

Target is the most comprehensive and conveniently located department store near my apartment in Ithaca. Their prices are competitive, and they offer a wide variety of products. A top choice for all my shopping needs!

Target is a interesting place to go. You never know what you will find. You always go in for one thing and end up leaving with way more than you planned.

Target has great sales and having the card is a bonus as I can always get five percent off my purchase. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy employee are underappreciated and it seems they are always inundated. Give them some help!

What's not to love about Target? Everything you could need or want in one place. A bit pricey, but always a pleasant visit.

Never have any problems or issue finding what items I need

This targets layout is straightforward, well lit, and employees are kind and helpful. I love using my app so I can pick up from my car. Target was doing that before then pandemic, by the way. I had a toddler and an infant, so it was especially helpful then, back in spring 2019. 😅They don’t use Instacart either, so no third party required, unless specific items aren’t in stock at that location.

Yesterday my two young children (one in a stroller and one walking) were at Target. Just as we were about to head back out to our car when I saw it was raining, like down pour raining. That is when I heard a voice say "would you like so help?" I turn to see a staff member Jay offering his help. Although I felt bad accepting the help I knew it would mean keeping everyone safe so I yes. Jay helped us get to the car and made sure everyone was buckled all while wearing a big smile and of course getting rained on. THANK YOU JAY!

Wonderful experience today with the electronics team. Nick was so helpful in answering questions for me. I chose a system I thought my daughter would enjoy, and of course she picked a different one out after I purchased one. He knew exactly what was coming next, before I asked for the exchange. He worked with his manager to exchange the one I just bought! He went above and beyond any of my expectations and made the exchange quick and easy! Thanks for a great experience. Quick, easy and all while my child was distracted by their siblings.

This Target has standard merchandise departments like clothes, household items, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies. There is also a grocery store at this location, but the selection is not vast like a grocery store.

I enjoy shopping at Target. I appreciate their friendly customer service and quality products and reasonable prices. I especially love the pharmacy, CVS, in the Ithaca, NY. store.

Target is a well-advertised brand. The stores are always clean, well lit, and staffed with helpful clerks & business associates. I like shopping there!

Clean and Friendly customer satisfaction oriented service. I especially love how coordinated restocking and checkout line assistance is. The fact that Target has someone monitoring checkout line crowds and floating cashiers makes it far superior to any other big box retailer out there.

I always find something great to buy. The only issue is that there's usually only 2-3 check-outs open and only 2-3 shelf check outs and all have long lines!

We had our small grandkids with us at Ithaca store and Stacy and Heather could not have been more help. They treated the children as if they were the most important customers and people in the store. Incredible service. target should be proud. Our cashier (Angelica, I believe) was also at the top of her game and even helped make the little ones smile.

Just discovered they have a no contact "drive up" pick up service, through the Target mobile app. Used it for the first time today and it worked easily and seamlessly. Wish I'd known two years ago - - I'll be using it again since our covid numbers are not going down.

I came to Target to purchase something that I had seen online. According to the Target site, it was available. I was particularly happy to see that the site even provided the aisle #. Unfortunately, when I got there I discovered that it was out of stock. I was very frustrated as I had driven out of my way, with an injured knee, only to find out the information on your site was incorrect. The most frustrating part is that this was the second time in a few months that this had happened. An associate (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) went to the customer service desk on my behalf and then came back to tell me that they would be willing to order the item and have it shipped to my home for free. He was extremely helpful! When I went to the customer service desk Ryan assisted me. He was fantastic!! He already knew my story, helped me to order it, assisted me with my Target app and took care of the rest of my orders. He was alone at the desk and there were other customers waiting and he took care of all of us in a friendly, professional manner. I am thrilled that Target empowers their employees; allowing them to take care of its customers. Ryan was fantastic! Because of him and the initial associate that assisted me, I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you!

Great layout, I love what Target has done to their men's care product area. The razors in display, and soap selection is great. This area is easy to navigate and very inviting.

Always impressed with the sales selection and fun color schemes throughout the store. Can get what I need in one stop. The addition of self checkout has been great as well. Good prices on grocery items!
