Didn't get anything because i came in during a very crowded time and couldn't get a suit tailored in the time I wanted but the service was really good, and the presentation of items they have is also top notch.

I would recommend this Store everyone bc of my ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. Why bc the customer care is just outstanding. Specially professional service from Doli and Neville. I had to order one wedding suit but ended up to ordered 3 custom suit for myself and my other friends order multiples custom suits. We were so happy with the customer service and great price. I cannot begin to say enough about the incredible ladies that helped my husband and I during one of the hardest times in his life. His Mom just passed and we needed a suit and fast.. They were so incredible from the moment we came in. They could see he was completely broken inside & did not just rush him through the process of getting the suit but talked to him making it so much easier for him. And myself.. He couldn't even remember his shoe size but Thank God I was there and they both helped so very much.. To make a long story short,. These two wonderful Ladies helped him put together a whole beautiful outfit for him from Suit to Shoes, Shirt, Belt & Tie. He is not a suit Man so this was a bad day made so easy for him .. I'm so happy we came there because of them & sympathizing with him.. I would not ever think of a better place to go to in a hurry or just for a nice suit.. Thank you ladies for everything.. Originally purchased a “tuxedo” online from Kohls for my son, for Prom. Hated it! It looked “fine”, but was cheap garbage. Went to Jos A Banks and we are SO happy we did! Went in thinking we would rent a tux, decided to buy a suit because my son is tall and really thin and the fit would be so much better (and he really wanted blue). Joseph was super patient; as we tried a tux, then a sale suit, and then a second sale suit in a blue we liked better. Jacket sleeves didn’t look right. Joseph called the tailor over and he said “order him a size down because this sleeve will never be right”. I was concerned about going down a size because my son’s arms are very long. He knows what he is doing: smaller size is perfect and alterations he did on the pants were perfect (and reasonable!: $15!). Joseph is a great salesperson, super accommodating and patient and will run all over the store to get things to try. If he doesn’t know something, he asks an Associate. All the staff was very friendly. When we returned to pick up the suit, Joseph was in the back at first, but then came up front and helped us pick out socks and another dress shirt. Told my son to come back in with his Prom pictures because he “really wants to see it all together”. Keep doing what you’re doing because customers will return. We haven’t had such friendly, knowledgeable help like that in years!! And my son feels like a million bucks in the suit, that he can’t wait to wear. THANK YOU!!

One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. I was helped over two visits by Michael, Andres, and Joseph. They taught me a lot about menswear and got me set up with a great suit, even helping me get the perfect match between my tie and shirt. They were very pleasant, professional, polished, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys. The managers were great, too.

Joseph was absolutely incredible from picking out the tuxes, making my whole family feel comfortable, and making it an enjoyable experience overall! My sister’s wedding is in a few months and I’m going to tell all of the groomsmen to come to this location to work with him, it’ll be worth the drive to Wappingers for the experience! I went here and within about 30 mins had a full suit picked measured and written up.
Went back a week later and everything was perfect. I got a lot of compliments on the 3 pc suit at the wedding.
Great service and great prices. Well lit store and great parking.
It's near a lot of other businesses so you can get a lot done in the area.

I can't say enough good things about this location. Neville the tailor is amazing at his profession and every measurement and alteration is done to perfection. The team are very lnowlegdeable and go above and beyond to help find what you're looking for. I highly recommend shopping here for your formal and business dress attire

Excellent Customer Service!
We recently visited this store on a spring break trip. The Manager, Doli, was wonderful! Our son was in need of a black suit jacket. Doli knows her business. She measured him and knew exactly how a jacket should fit. Although they didn't have our son's size available she ordered it online for us and the package arrived at our home before we did. I was impressed! We highly recommend this business.

After an extremely frustrating experience at Men's Warehouse in Poughkeepsie (will NEVER go back there or suggest going there) we went to Jos. A. Bank. The entire staff at this store are so friendly and helpful (big shout out to Maggie and Brian!!). They turned our frustration into relief by assisting us and helping us get what we wanted. I can't thank them enough for their excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.

I had an amazing experience today, with a salesperson named John. Both associates were very interested in the occasion for the suit, (interview) John immediately went into action with the little knowledge I had about what I wanted and found the perfect suit for me, while giving me advice and excitement about my upcoming interview.
Completely empathetic and knowledgable staff who made the process incredibly easy and fun!

Had an amazing experience purchasing a custom suit today for my wedding this October. The store supervisors name is Ron and was very helpful. Everyone at this location is very helpful and attentive to what I needed for my special occasion. Was able to get fitted for my suit and will receive my suit in about 5-6 weeks for my wedding this October which is amazing. Definitely recommend going here for a suit or tuxedo for any special occasion this place rocks.

Stay away from the Mens Wearhouse located in Wappingers NY. People there are very rude and not helpful at all. They don’t even know their own products and how to be fitted for a suit or tuxedo very sad. Ron is the man definitely will be back to this store for sure in the future.

Ronald was an amazing tailor. We came in at the end of a long day and he still took the time to guide me in choosing the proper attire. I truly appreciate the patience and kindness of such a man! Thank you!! TH

The store manager Doli is amazing!! Very knowledgeable, fast & kind. She really makes the store stand out. My husband & I came to this location a few times, and every time we come she is right there greeting everyone with a smile. She cares about her store & her customers!! I really hope Jos A banks corporate office really appreciates her. She is an asset to this company for sure.

Screw Men's Wearhouse. Spend your money at JAB instead. These people made it worth it.

The sales people here are great! Don't believe the negative reviews. Some people are miserable and just have nothing nice to say about anyone and feel like a Big person posting negative comments about everyone. They need to judge themselves first before passing judgement on others.
This store is great and there employees are great!
