Duluth Trading Company

We were coming back from a flea market in Kentucky and driving on I 75 and decided to stop in to this store. My wife was looking for some sun dresses and sun protection shirts. The store is really big and very clean and neat. The racks are well organized, and items are easy to find. The dressing rooms are central to the store for easy access. Prices are kind of high, but the quality of the merchandise is very high. Very name brand on almost every item. Good selection of outdoor wear. I am impressed and will be back for more shopping.

The merchandise is expensive but "you get what you pay for". The quality of materials and workmanship is impressive. My family has had clothing that still looks great after 5+ years. And there is no skimping on quantity of fabric. Shirttails are long, preventing "crack-views". And sizes are "true" or better than "true". A cousin, who normally wears 3X from other manufacturers, can wear a 2X from Duluth.

The store is a fun adventure: men on the right, women on the left, "fun" items in the middle and at the back of the store. The displays are nicely prepared and very "outdoorsy". I enjoy how they create color and pattern combinations on the mannequins. Great shopping hints!

The central pay area, where everyone starts out in a single line from the counter to the back of the store, is so nice. It prevents competitive line jumping and helps the process flow smoothly. Plus, it give the idle shopper a chance to look at some little extras while waiting for their turn. I have to admit to making some purchases from the center aisle displays.

Most of the check-out staff have been pleasant and friendly in the past but I have had one or two who have made me feel like I've inconvenienced them. I hope they improve their attitudes.

During this specific visit we bought "house slippers", which my son loves, and has worn daily since he received them on Christmas. He likes how warm they keep his feet while working at his computer.

The commercials and mailer ads are quite entertaining, and significant savings can be found while shopping during the discount events. The store gets crowded during those events but the savings is well worth the inconvenience of waiting for service or check-out.

It was my first time visiting Duluth. It's a beautifully organized store and everyone was friendly and happy to help customers and each other. Stacey provided a very unexpected personalized, concierge shopping experience. We had a great time while she helped me find everything I needed to stay warm AND fashionable for an upcoming Alaska trip.

This store is always top notch. My husband and I are professional outfitters and are always in the field. We discovered Duluth Trading Company while visiting from Canada one year and make it a point to stock up on great quality clothes made for rugged wear and tear scenarios. We LOVE everything from their pants to their underwear.

I can't recommend them enough! These guys are the real deal!

The prices are consistently higher than other retailers, but their product quality is higher, and they have better/different goods.

The store is always fun to simply browse, and their people are great.

I love coming here from Indianapolis! The drive is peaceful and the store is always stuffed with everything a working man needs to feel comfortable during construction and truck driving. Even nice events with their "Ballroom DuluthFlex" jeans just shape me perfectly! Clean store and such nice respectful employees too!!

Very well stocked store. Everything was well organized making it very easy to find what you are looking for. Staff was all friendly but gave you space to do your shopping without hovering over you.

I have FFA (fat flat @$$) but Duluth really knows how to make pants that are comfortable long lasting and make something outta nothing. Love everything from them, ordering online or in store is easy, returning is easy, and the people are all great.

The sales were phenomenal after Christmas and into end of January. Quality clothes!

The cloths are very nice and they have great sales. They are a bit high in price though.

The last 18 years at work would have been better if I had these pants in my life. At least I have them now.

Love this store. Prices are a little on the high side but love the shirts and bras. So Lady's if you are like me and hate to wear a bra try the tanks with shelf bra you will love them. I typically wear a large but the run a little big so I got medium and it fits perfect. They are about 19.99 each but worth it.

First time visiting and have to say the pants live up to the hype! My favorite pairs now.

Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service here. My husband has been buying his boxers online for awhile and since we were in the area we decided to visit the store. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Even gave me a rose on our way out for mother’s day.
