OH MY GOSH! The employees here are so nice here. When speaking to Marry I literally had one of the best conversations I’ve ever had in my entire life. Sure I’m not the most social person in the world, but still it has to mean something. If only I can open many more accounts just to be in such an amazing and friendly environment. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family 100%. Love and God Bless.

Let's just put it like this. I have been an Albany/Greene resident all of my life until recently when I moved out of state. I still have my checking account with them, and lately have run through a very tight spot. Thanks to their overdraft privileges (I hate using them, but when push comes to shove...) I have been able to make my bills and ends meet without suffering late charges and hits to my credit score. The customer service is very friendly and are a pleasure to do business with and have even helped me forgive a few of the overdraft charges themselves. All in all, I don't plan on closing my account anytime soon, even though I'm out of state now. I recommend this bank to anyone in the Albany/Greene County area.

I rarely leave business reviews but anytime I enter this bank it is a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful- most recently I had the pleasure of having Genna assist me and she was very patient and kind when helping me! Thank you!

As a local bank they go above and beyond to help out with issues whenever possible. Special shout out to Nicholas Frantjeskos who ALWAYS solves problems quickly and continually calms the waters on an assortment of last minute crises!

The best bank to bank and only bank i would use,when i go to theThe Bank of Greene County, almost every teller knows me and treats me with the upmost kindness and respect. I been with them for years,ever since the Catskill Savings Bank left Catskill. I would highly recommend them.
