As we all know the purchasing process of a vehicle can become stressful and overwhelming; however, the team at Sawyer Chevrolet made it easy and stress free. They were all upfront and honest about the truck I was purchasing and guaranteed it be fixed which was very reassuring as a young adult. While working with the service department they have all been incredibly helpful and caring. Mr. Mike has gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience with them has been easy going. He is thorough in all that he does and his team always produces amazing work.

5 stars isn’t enough for Sawyer Chevrolet. From the moment I looked at the truck and spoke to Barry (Sales) to the last time I was in with service it has been a great experience. Last time I was in for service, Brianna was so accommodating and informative every step of the way. I’ve told all of my friends and anyone who would listen that this is the place to shop. I live in the Capital Region but gladly take the 50 minute drive to go back to Sawyer. 5/5 or 10/10 the best dealership!

They are very busy this time of the year. I had a few small items for repair on my New Truck. They fit me in the best they could and within a few days all the issues were resolved. Excellent communication by the service team.

Truck needed inspection, oil change. Also had noticeable squeek. 3 week wait for appointment but they said if it could be left with them service would be faster. 10 days later truck was ready, brakes adjusted and ready for deer season.

Helped us get back on the road to home. Brianna was extremely helpful and understanding. She the technicians did their best to get us back on the road.
