Today was my first time at Victor Power Equipment. The purpose of my visit was to drop off my Honda lawnmower for service. When I arrived I was greeted very quickly and politely. This made me feel comfortable looking around the store. Homer at the service counter answered all my questions and listened to my concerns about my lawnmower. After he took my information he was nice enough to help me unload my car. I look forward to picking my lawnmower up and plan on continuing to do business with Victor power equipment in the future.

Mike and Homer fixed my trimmer in just a few minutes even though I struggled with it for hours. They also did a great job servicing my snow blower. They went above and beyond. I'll definitely be bringing all my business to them in the future. I highly recommend Victor Power Equipment!

Victor Power Equipment is a well oiled machine! They deal in small power equipment up to zero turn mowers. They carry both gas and battery operated hand tools. The customer service is top notch and the boss back in the shop are very knowledgeable. I'll definitely return.

Purchased a new snowblower in February to replace my old one that died. I had already decided on a blower and done my research before I stopped. They asked me the size of my drive pointed me to the one I had already decided on. They set it up and delivered it within 3 days. Very nice group of guys. I will definitely be back.

Victor Power IS ALWAYS competitive on pricing and has parts in stock that ordering online would prolong a machines downtime by 2-3 days.

Parts inventory, product knowledge and range of products offered are all above average, especially for a Village like Victor.
