I run a local business so all of my merch should be made locally - that being said my business prides itself on quality, so the merch should be premium quality.

My sales rep Felicia saw my vision and easily dialed it in for me. She helped me balance premium quality with affordable pricing - while never making me feel pressured to go one way or the other. Whenever I've had a concern she has always immediately been on top of it and never left me hanging once.

The folks at Rocky Coast were nothing short of extraordinary! Lynn was so very fast at getting back to me and giving me a very detailed quote with turn around times. Any question that I had, was immediately answered! Lynn gave me updates to how the order was going. Having the support of Rocky Coast has been instrumental in the quality of the robotics program we've been able to provide our students from shirts, banners, accessories like wristbands and bags. Lisa has not only been a major contributor to the program through her volunteer service at competition events, she has also been a consistent and reliable "go to" person for what we need to embellish the product we provide the students and their families. We have a very respectable and successful program from the local to the World levels, and our relationship with Rocky Coast and the access to their quality and affordable prices products only adds to the overall experience our students receive from their participation in the Oyster River robotics program.
