Albany Dentist Dr Scott Kupetz

Dr. Scott Kupetz! It was the weekend..Saturday to be precise. I was in the shop working on some wood projects for my mother's house. I swung a long peice of wood around. Of course hit the long hanging florescent, medal shop lights hanging from the ceiling. Front tooth was gone before I knew what happened. Well to me it was gone. I still actually had small section left. He was the only dentist that was willing to help me out on a Saturday. He did what I thought would have been impossible. By the time I left it was hours later, late at night. He stopped everything to do alot of work on my teeth. I left a happy, grateful, and confident human again.He saved what little tooth I had left. Built up a temp tooth till I receive the caps. All this before I had any really serious nerve pain. Not to mention an instant boost to my ego. Excellent job. Perfect man for the job at the time. I would recommend him to anyone.

So there I was. The day before Christmas Eve. At work with a toothache which had plagued me for a few days, but which suddenly decides to become unbearable. Even speaking for long durations would hurt. Of all the days of the year, this Grinch of an ache decided to ruin my holiday weekend and beat me down into submission. My usual care provider had taken leave already for the holidays, and even an emergency call led them to encourage me to take some Tylenol and Motrin and continue to take the antibiotics they had already prescribed me and call back on Tuesday when everyone would be back in the office. Do I blame them? Not at all! It was the holidays and it was my lack of proper dental hygiene which put me in this spot. A self inflicted wound, of which I would have to suffer the consequences. But alas, a hero by the name of Dr. Scott Kupetz heard my cries of pain and without hesitation answered the call. An appoint was made, for noon, ON CHRISTMAS EVE! What a mensch! One emergency root canal later and I am again enjoying Christmas Cookies, Singing Carols, and Drinking Eggnog. All pain free. If you are in need of any dental procedure I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Scott. I will forever remember him as the man who saved my Christmas.

My son was not a patient of Dr. Kupetz but was in need of a root canal on a Christmas Eve Saturday. He drove in from Lake George to take care of him. Dr. Scott saved Christmas for us!. Outstanding service and care, and we cannot thank him enough.

Dr. Scott is a real life saver. I had terrible tooth pain that became intolerable Friday night of a long holiday weekend (my normal dentist couldn't get me in until Tuesday at the earliest). I couldn't handle 3-4 more days of pain this bad. Saturday morning my wife called Dr. Scott and within three hours my mouth was numb and my emergency root canal was underway. It was my first root canal and he walked us through every step and told us what to expect going forward. A very friendly guy in a very comfortable office with a TV to watch and distract you from what's happening in your mouth. His office is also helping with the very complicated dental claim for my insurance. Great experience overall. Highly recommend. Thanks again Dr. Scott!

Dr. Scott and staff are absolutely amazing!! I had been in pain for weeks because I was incredibly scared to go to the dentist!! Not only were they so incredibly gentle with me but I walked out pain free!! I actually finally look forward to going to see him again to finish the process we started. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Dr.SCOTT! Amazing dentist. I had an emergency where my crown needed to be put back into place. Within 20 min of calling he called me and asks can I be there In 30 minutes. He was so helpful and sweet. I have a fear of the dentist so I was ready to cry! He made it so simple and I didn’t feel a thing. He has such a calming persona. Def had me calm and ready to get my tooth fixed.
Office is lovely and clean and well decorated.
He explains everything he does and let’s you know you’re in good hands.
PLEASEEEEE THIS IS THE MAN OF THE DENTISTRY FIELD! DR SCOTT KUPETZ IS THAT GUY! So basically I’m saying go get your million dollar smile handled by him.

After having a negative experience at a different office, I thought we were going to become the adults without a dedicated dentist. I am so happy to have found Dr Scott !! He explains what he's doing, why he's doing it .. and is the first dentist I've ever had who has paused at signs of discomfort ... Has evening hours to boot! Fantastic dental service!

Had an emergency Root Canal that needed to get done. Dr. Scott met me at his Rotterdam location on a Sunday before a winter storm. He was a nice guy, and the treatment was top notch. Went in with excruciating pain, left pain free. Great Dentist.

Dr.Scott is amazing at what he does, and offered a very calming and relaxing environment. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. His team was wonderful to work with! Would definitely recommend.

This place was beyond expectations, I called Dr.Scott at 7am on a Saturday with a swollen face and gum and he went out of his way to help me! He was gentle and the receptionists was so friendly and welcoming! Will be going back and recommending to everyone! Thank you Dr.Scott

Terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience. Dr. Scott made me feel so at ease. I will definitely come back and will recommend you to all who are looking for a dentist.

Doctor Scott is very good at what he does. He creates a comfortable and easygoing environment that totally eliminates any fear or worries that I had.

For the 1st time ever I am happy to smile in public. He spent so much time with me explaining everything. I love the cosmetic work he did!! Thank you.

This place is sketchy. He was very dismissive of me even trying to ask questions about my teeth and got rude with me over "taking too much of his time" because I was trying to to ask "too many" questions. I could hear the receptionists arguing about who messed up someone's appointment date as well, which is not very reassuring (the one who handled me was nice enough but obviously sick) the whole place was very unprofessional and Dr Goldman himself is potentially the worst culprit, never have I met a doctor who seems less concerned for my well being. BEWARE

HIS NAME IS RONALD SCOTT KUPETZ BY THE WAY...LICENSE SUSPENDED IN 2003. Wonder why he doesn't have a single picture of his work on his website AND NOT ONE EVEN IN HIS OFFICE . BEWARE IF THIS MAN. Let's just say i spent upwards of $20,000 and I have missing teeth still in my smile and he said everything was warrantied all work for 10 years...got the work done 2 months ago, one vaneer already fell off and he hadn't returned one if my calls once he was paid...just walk into his office and take a good look around and you'll see what I'm saying. Ask him to see some p iij cs of his RECENT work. DONT LET HIS FAST TALKING FOOL YOU! JUST WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO AMYONE ELSE!!! If anyone doubts this just comment and I'll show you pictures. I cant believe this man still has his license. Like I said before....PLEASE JUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE OFFICE. ITS FALLING APART AND NOT ONE PIC OF A SMILE ANYWHERE BUT ON HIS BUSINESS CARD. I GAVE THIS MAN MY LIFE SAVINGS TO CHANGE MY SMILE AND THEN IN RETURN MADE IT WORSE.

UPDATE!!! Since I have gotten my vanners on and gave this man almost 20K...2 vanners have fallen off and Dr. Scott Kupetz or staff has not returned any of my calls since. Told me all his work was warrantied for 10 years! Not to mention, he gave me sedation and he is not even licensed to do so! Pretty scary. I'm writing these reviews and will continue because I don't want what happened to me, happen to someone else. THIS MAN IS A CON ARTIST! I've been in contact with the Attorney General and Dr. Scott wont even return his calls. So now I'm waiting to hear from the office of professions. THIS HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE and wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. There's a lot of legitimate dentist out there, save yourself a lot of $, time and embarrassment...AND DONT GO THERE!!!

If i could give this crook 0 stars i would i had him do work on my teeth and when i called back for a follow up i never got a hold of him nor did he reach out to me.I called at 130 am on the the 1/15 and still have not gotten a call back STAY AWAY
