This Aspen Dental provided exceptional service in my time of need. They took me in without an appointment and handled my emergency root canal quickly and professionally. Tami, the General Manager, was welcoming and made the whole process smooth. Dr. Tina, in particular, is an outstanding dentist. She worked with such care and precision, making sure the procedure was completely pain-free and calming my nerves. Her expertise and warm demeanor made all the difference during a stressful time. The entire team at this location is amazing—genuinely kind and skilled. I am so grateful for their incredible care and highly recommend them

best dental experience I’ve ever had by far. Dr. Sterling is phenomenal, highly recommend seeing her, and every single front desk employee were helpful, emotionally intelligent and super respectful. also the cray tech was wonderful, I can’t recall his name but he was so patient while simultaneously efficient. the practice have a lot of options for paying because they really seem to want to do right by the patient—overall great visit for something I have dreaded my whole life

The team at aspen dental on altamont Ave was amazing. I called because my husband had broke his upper denture, and He was just diagnosed with cancer, was not going to be able to eat, because he was not able to put them back in his mouth. The receptionist was so caring and went and spoke to the Technician to see what they can do. They had me bring them in and have them fixed like brand new within two hours. I can’t tell you what a relief it was for my husband and myself to be treated so kind and empathetic. They are amazing team!!!♥💯♥

I am A patient at Aspen dental in Schenectady, New York. I went in with an emergency and I was so concerned, but the doctor receptionist attendings were so good to me. I had a loose tooth and Aspen dental in Schenectady, New York took me right in. I went in so
concerned, but the doctor receptionist attendings were so good to me and so kimd While getting ready for my x-rays, I hit my tooth and it was loose and it almost fell out. The Dentist pulled my tooth and the Technician not only was able to fix my partial but had it done and only two hours. They contacted my doctor and they also contacted my insurance for me.
Every fear that I had was taken care of.
I am so pleased and happy with Aspen dental and I have been recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Aspen dental for making me happy and for making me feel good about myself.

Aspen Dental is awesome.
They are quick to respond. Very Efficient and personable.
Went there and got a reline of my dentures. For the first time since having dentures I don’t have to use adhesive. They fit perfectly.

I didn’t pay anything yet. But they already performed xray, dentist and hygienist check my teeth. Tomorrow, they’ll call me for the next steps and hopefully my toothache will be over soon. I had a bad experience during a filling with a dentist in my late teens and was not able to trust another dentist for a long time. A couple years ago I had a small dental emergency and decided to try Aspen. I was extremely nervous and everyone was so patient and kind. I have now had multiple fillings with ZERO PAIN. I can’t say enough good things about the team

Very comfortable experience. I was treated with respect. My needs and treatment plan were clearly explained, both medically and financially. Regarding my cleaning and gum treatment on 9/12, it was very professional and the hygenist was great. Did a great cleaning and explained everything. Great experience. Had a crown put on. Dentist and tech were awesome. Feb 28 visit. Again great and thorough service. 5/31/2024: Dr. Gabe was great. He put in an implant on #20. Very skilled, professional and friendly. The cost is extremely high. Insurance companies should work closer with dental providers and dental carriers to keep costs down and to provide better coverage. Thank you.

I had a dental emergency and was able to schedule an appointment online on a Sunday, which is a bonus in itself. Everyone was very personable and friendly, which made it for a very comfortable experience especially for me as I have extreme anxity.They walked me through every step of the dental process and took the time to explain everything. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. A huge thank you!!!!

The Rotterdam office is first rate. The whole process starting with reception next to office manager and moving along the path of excellent technicians under the direction of Dr. Sterling’s leadership worked pretty much flawlessly. What few hiccups came under the old saying, There is a reason pencils have erasers.
