Recently ordered a centerpiece for my fire place mantle, and I was pleasantly surprised how the order turned out! The flowers were beautiful and arrived just an hour or two after I ordered them! I'm definitely going to order from them again in the future, thank you Green Grove Flowers!!

The Staff was very helpful in ordering and delivering a beautiful bouquet to my mother for her birthday. The process was very easy and the delivery was same day. Flowers were beautiful!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. At first when I placed the ordered lady was very nice etc. My aunt received the flowers and when I got a picture sent via txt message they were nothing like the arrangement I paid for. They have good reviews on another site but most likely they were bought reviews, who knows?!. I checked google rating and now I can see why they have a 3.5star and one of their reviews did mention to be careful when calling to speak to them they love to hang up the phone. So when I called this lady answered the phone and I mentioned to her that some of the flowers were dry and that they didn’t look like the picture. Out of no where this man took the phone away and said that they do not send dry flowers! (Are you sure about that? Just look at the pictures I shared). He said that I’m probably confusing them and it came from another flower shop when I’m pretty sure I redial the same number as I did in the morning. Then he also says that I should be thankful that they deliver to south river since they did it out of Courtesy. Really!? Well the lady in the morning said nothing about being courteous and said yes that they normally do deliver to south river. After all this was mentioned I said you are rude because he began to speak over me and didn’t allow me to speak. I also said this is why you guys have a 3.5 rating since you are rude. He then hung up. I’ve been trying to call back to speak to someone professional. But unfortunately no one answers anymore. Great service they are running. They need to change the pictures they have on their website and post what they actually can give to their customers. BAD SERVICE AND BAD ADVERTISEMENT. Look below at the pictures since they do not lie.

If I could give no stars, I would. I am completely embarrassed at the floral arrangement that was sent on my behalf to the shook funeral home on July 24, 2020. I paid almost $200 for an arrangement that seemed to be described as beautiful and professional, but seemed exactly the opposite upon arrival. The ribbon that was attached with the senders message was written on with a marker. The flowers were nowhere close to what was described in the product description. This is completely unprofessional and appalling. I wanted to show my respects to my stepfather and his family by buying this arrangement and was completely embarrassed. I have attached photos of the embarrassment.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!! Very rude disrespectful horrible owner please do not buy your loved ones flowers here go somewhere else and get them flowers or fruit baskets. There’s a reason why they only have two star review if I was able to give stars I would’ve that’s how horrible this place is. Has no respect for women save your money

For Father's Day I was searching for a plant I could send to my husband for his office. I wanted to purchase it from a local florist. I came across Green Grove Fruit & Flower. I was very excited to be able to support a local business, which claimed to have a location on Valley Road in Basking Ridge. I placed my order on line which was fairly simple to do. I even added in a tip for the driver which I am not always inclined to do. Saturday morning a vehicle with NY plates pulls in my driveway and a very young looking boy gets out with my delivery. As I meet him in the driveway he says "Hey sorry about the balloon, it deflated in the car." WOW seriously! This clearly was some outsourced delivery person but if you are going to have someone represent your business you should be sure they provide the level of service you expect. I attempted to call the business to complain but was only able to get a voicemail. I left a detailed message and EXPECTED a call back. Nope nothing. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Very disappointed.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this place. Stay away! I ordered flowers by phone and never received a receipt or confirmation of delivery. When I tried to obtain proof of delivery I was transferred several times with no answer. None of my calls or emails were returned. The flowers were left outside completely out of sight with a blank card and instructions written in broken english. They weren't found until the next day.

I was so embarrassed I wanted to deny sending them. The arrangement looked NOTHING like what was shown on the website and described to me over the phone. Then I was charged more than the price I agreed to pay. Unbelievable! You can get better quality at the grocery store for a fraction of the price! TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the day after mother's day. It's now 2 days later and after calling twice and being assured they'd be delivered the following day, my mom has still not received them! Don't order flowers from this company, they are clearly not reliable for special occasions.

If you buy from them, they will do the best they can not to deliver on the day scheduled. It doesn't matter when you place your order, a week, a month prior to delivery date. It seems like put their best effort to teach you a lesson to not make any business with them.

0 stars if I could. Hopefully you check these reviews before you order from this place. Flowers were ordered for delivery on Monday 5 days in advance. Not delivered, requested to cancel the order, they delivered them AFTER that request, the Thursday after that Monday! Man on the phone was extremely rude to my wife. Do not under any circumstances order from this store, they deserve to go out of business.

I have never been so disgusted with poor customer service in my life. My mother had a large birthday coming up, so I ordered her a very nice floral arrangement that never made it to her. The order was placed over the phone at noon two days before the delivery needed to be made. There were specific instructions, address and phone numbers all provided to ensure a timely delivery without any confusion. At 3:30pm on the date the flowers were to be delivered, I learned they had not made it to her job. I called the company and at first no one would answer when you pressed 2 for status of delivery. So I was able to speak to someone when I pressed 1 (to place an order- how ironic they would be available in an instant for a new sale but unavailable to assist someone who had already spent their money). They asked if I had a confirmation number, and I shared with them no email had been received, but I did in fact see that the money was taken out of my account the exact day the order was placed. After sharing my information and to whom the flowers should be delivered, they were able to locate my order. The first time I called, I was told the flowers had been out for delivery that morning, so I asked when they would be delivered to my mom being that the florist was chosen based on it being close to her job. They said they would call me back (this was a male with a heavy accent). I did not receive a call back so I called back an hour later, now 4:35pm. The work day is over, and the celebration is done at this point, but I am still wondering where the flowers are. Now a woman picks up and I bring her up to speed, and she informs me she works with the website not the actual shop (her name is Allison - sp?). She contacts the shop and they tell her the flowers were dropped off at the front desk and someone was calling her there, but that didn't make sense because my mom works at the front desk. Now, I am realizing they are lying to me. So I ask for more details, "What time was it dropped off? Why weren't either of us called as I left both cell numbers for any confusion?" They did not have a response. So Allison sends me to the shop's number to try and help me speak with someone there to get to the bottom of it all. The man with the heavy accent hangs up on my over 5 times, again, never called me back, and the last time rushed me off the phone and said, "We'll give you a refund." and then hangs up on me yet again. So I have left several messages for the owner or management because this is no way to run a business. So I call back to speak with Allison and she proceeds to tell me that the order hadn't been delivered and was on it's way at 4:50pm. The work day is over, and the company has lied to me several times. As a customer, I am very disappointed and will never support this business again, and I hope others read these reviews prior to ordering. I have shopped at other florists in the past, and have never been treated so disrespectfully. Can you believe they asked if I wanted to re order and possibly get an upgrade? Absolutely NOT! You lied multiple times, hung up on me, and became upset about being at fault. I will never give this place $0.01 and encourage others not to as well. The only reason they get 1 star is because google wouldn't let it be less than that, and I was issued a full refund by Allison. I am disappointed and disgusted by this entire establishment.

I ordered a fuschia to be delivered on a Friday. On Saturday a geranium was delivered. It was not what I ordered nor was it delivered on time. Definitely not a reliable florist.

Dont deal with this establishment! Spoke with Jill on the phone from Clark NJ store , on a Monday, who was very nice . I needed two simple bouquets for my wedding for that upcoming Sunday. A medium size one, and a small one. She instructed me to send her pics to her cell phone to get ideas of what I like , and she would call me to discuss options (flower choices, price ,etc) . I sent the pics about 20-30 minutes later . Almost two hours later when I didn't hear, I texted her again to make sure she got my text and still no reply. I called the next morning and spoke with a Denise from the same clark location, and explained the story. Denise put me on hold to speak with Jill. Jill would not get on the phone and had Denise just give me a message that each bouquet would cost $125 each. No communication, no discussion, just pretty much take it or leave it attitude from Denise. Not only is that a very high price for each, but I think I'm more upset that Jill would not even speak to me! I dont understand why she blew me off! Guess they didn't want to deal with me , especially Jill. Very rude attitudes. I should have read the reviews before I called them, since many were negative reviews.

I have to agree that the other customer reviews are pretty consistent with my experience. I ordered flowers, they weren’t delivered when they were supposed to be, and the customer service team hung up on me when I asked for an update on the delivery. I don’t plan on using them again.
