Hampton Inn Ithaca

I stayed with Hampton Inn last weekend and it was a great hotel. The room was new, the staff was lovely. I needed some help with my remote and the maintenance crew was fantastic. I highly recommend!!

Overall a pleasurable experience but with some hiccups. On the positive side, all staff I interacted with down to the crew doing the remodel were welcoming, helpful and just generally pleasant, the breakfast was above average for a continental breakfast, and the location was a fair trade off for the price, while not walkable it was less then a 10 minute drive to most attractions. Unfortunately I found the bed to be not particularly comfortable and had some continued issues with the internet (no WiFi from the time I checked in (around 9pm) until sometime before I got back around 7pm the next day with continued spotty connections throughout my 2 days, while issues happen I would have preferred if it were in some way proactively communicated to guests rather then have me spend some time resetting devices and continuing to troubleshoot under the assumption the issue was on my end. Overall I’m pleased with my stay and look forward to visiting this location on future trips to the area.

The service is great. The accommodations are really nicely done. Great value. Would be better though if the shower enclosure width was 6 inches wider..

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area. Very nice staff, accommodating, and kid friendly. Updated and clean, even for one night you leave rested.

Our family stayed at the Ithaca Hampton Inn for 3 nights in 2 rooms with our greyhound. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast selections were varied with hot and cold foods and just what we needed to start our days. The staff was professional and friendly. The foldup bag I couldn't find and thought I left at home apparently fell behind something because it was found after we checked out. About an hour after we left, I got a call from the hotel asking if I'd like the bag mailed. I gave them the CVV of the credit card they had on file and they sent it out the next day! Thank you so much!

We stayed for one day. We didn't required anything so can't say more about service. But breakfast was good. Swimming pool was operational. Gym fascility good. Reception good. Parking available. Excellent.

This hotel has excellent parking, very comfortable beds, helpful staff, and the complimentary breakfast was well- stocked. Pat was extremely helpful and attentive in the breakfast area. She make our experience top-notch. The whole hotel was clean and secure and we felt very safe. The complimentary cookies, fully stocked coffee area, and water bottles made us feel welcome.

Great hotel! We had a tough travel experience with airline losing all of our luggage. The staff were sure to have extra supplies ready for us and were quite sympathetic and kind. They had a pack n' play ready for our baby. Check in was effortless and fast. Hotel is clean and nicely equipped with a clean pool and gym area. Breakfast is plentiful. Every aspect of service is on par with higher rated hotels. Clean room, comfortable. We'd be happy to stay again. Enjoy your stay!

I had to stay here on short notice due to an incoming snow storm, and I didn't want to have to drive home after work. I found the staff to all be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had many accommodations for a great price.

We stayed here for 2 nights with my dog. The staff was friendly, made the check-in process a breeze, and they were very accommodating of my dog. The hotel is in a central location and it only took a couple of minutes to drive to Buttermilk Falls for a hike or Ithaca Commons for dinner/drinks. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the texts from the front desk checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodations with a great breakfast buffet. Pat, the breakfast host, was so friendly and generous with her recommendations of nearby places to visit. She was delightful!

We needed a room last minute and were able to easily book two nights. The hotel and room were both very clean and neat, and the manager on duty was helpful and nice. They normally have a continental breakfast, but even during COVID, their breakfast options were larger than other hotels we've stayed in.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff were super friendly, and offered great tips where to go around town, I want to see and do. We also brought our dog with us, and they were very helpful with him as well.. The rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast was great, and this day was pleasant. You were close to downtown, and couldn’t walk to buttermilk Falls. I would highly recommend this hotel, for the price

Had a great time. They had a bottle of wine n goodies waiting for us n a sweet Happy Anniversary letter waiting for us when we got there. And they remembered it was our anniversary & I called & made the reservations 2 weeks in advance. Even the cleaning service wished us Happy Anniversary. The whirlpool tub in the room is great. And it's a reasonable price. Going there every year 4 our anniversary.

The hotel is fairly new (I remember when it used to be a movie theater and parking lot). It is located in a convenient location. Great staff and super clean overall.

Any hotel that’s as pet friendly as this gets 5 stars from me... but they should seriously avoid putting people in rooms below the rooms being renovated. The inconsistent hammering after 7:45am made it impossible to remain asleep. Everything else was good. Staffs friendly, rooms clean and bed super comfy. Would definitely be an excellent hotel after renovations are complete.
