Love going back to Cuba NY and stopping by Giant, I've missed all the people I used to talk to their.

I go there all the time. Since new owners took over last year, so many great changes. Clean, they have everything. I really like Melissa in Customer Service and Rhonda and Darla in the deli. Awesome meat department.

Bought donuts there today and found a hair in the donut part that was baked . Never had a problem with this before there as there super clean.

Friendly , carrying employees , always ready to answer any questions . Great deals . Great hot & cold deli foods , so good . Always looks immaculate .

Was shopping for a bedridden friend. She is 70 years old and lives alone. She wanted ingredients for a sub. The store has prepacked 6 count sub rolls from an outside company for $7.99 but she only wanted 3. Knowing how much she loves to buy subs when on sale once a week because of Giants bakery rolls I decided to ask if I could buy 3 plain rolls. The young man who waited on me was so friendly and personable. He reached in the bag of rolls he was using to make custom orders, grabbed 3, wrapped them and printed a price sticker $1.50. sure made my day.

Glad to have them under the Market in the Square family umbrella. Meat quality and selection has really improved and the new organization is great. Produce took a bit of a dip, but the layout is a lot better.

Great place to shop but prices are kind of high

There was a beautiful silver haired woman who helped me in the deli section with something and she went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for. Amazing customer service!!

I have found the management to be a change, in particularly the gentleman that I would call the floor manager. He is very visible and active member of the staff having a friendly smile and an informed answer for your questions. He always seems active doing something in the store and not just standing around like many managers in other stores, The staff seems to be pushing to be more helpful and friendly. The deli and bakery areas have been rearranged and have more products available.

Excellent sized store for a village of this size. Always amazed at the product variety. Staff is professional and supremely helpful. Clean, organized, and good sized aisles. Might cost a couple nickels more to shop here, but well worth it!

The store is easy to maneuver. They have a great produce section and their deli! I love their deli because they make the best subs around! I have driven out of my way for one of their subs! Amazing! Their hot foods are pretty good too. They always have some sort of deal of the day as well. Their deli alone is worth checking out!

Giant is the right name for this grocery store! It's a big city sized store with that small town feel. The staff is friendly and the beer selection is ample. The staff flatters me by ID'ing me every time even though I'm clearly a grown man, it makes me feel like I'm back in college. Don't get me started on the wall of meat, it's beefy! 17 stars out of 14 (plus a bonus thumbs up).

The shopping trip today really surprised me even though I have been shopping there for years. I found a great more dried spices and mixes than before. I was even able to get dry mushrooms again. Your choices of herb teas is pretty good but there were only one of most kinds in the front of the shelf and when I reached to get more I had to pick up the others that I knocked on the floor. I picked them up because I knocked them down but I don't know if others would have picked them up. Otherwise your store is always getting better.

Love the Cuba Giant. Clean, neat and friendly. Also find way more than I went in for, And today they had special sales all over the store in honor of the 2019 grads. Super Cool.
