I have been a Harts customer for several years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The selection of bikes is perfect. When I went in to buy my first road bike in years, Alex and Casper plucked this beauty right off the shelf for me. Perfect fit.
The service is great. Ross let’s me try out different configurations and takes the time to get it right. Casper helped me upgrade equipment, all of them have a lot of experience riding and fixing bikes.

It was a joy to discover this bike shop through a bike club of which I am a member. Ross is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I brought my bike in for a professional fitting and he was incredibly helpful. Despite living an hour away from the shop, I believe it is worth the drive as there are no comparable shops in my area. I will be returning this week for him to install carbon rims on my bike.

In fall 2023 I walked into the shop with a bent back wheel and they trued it while I waited. I was back out on the trail that day. Today, I asked if they could install a replacement gear shift cable a couple days earlier than the'd planned and they said ' Sure no problem.' They understand that some of us need to be able to ride as a form of therapy. Check them out. You'll be glad you did.

Stopped in after being in over my head on a group set upgrade for my bike. The team here was very friendly, got the remaining parts I required ordered and the bike assembled for a fair cost. I appreciated their positive attitude for me walking in with parts I had acquired elsewhere.

After installation I stopped back in with the bike because the front brake had a substantially longer lever throw than the rear and I didn't have a DOT fluid bleed kit at home. They bled the front brake, no questions asked, and didn't even charge me for the service.

A+, these guys are an excellent shop.

Excellent customer service from Ross and his team. It's one of the best bike shops in the area for competitive cyclists. Ross worked hard to get the manufacturer to ship the bike to his shop during a time of limited or unavailable inventory.

I am writing to revise my negative review of a year ago. I have had excellent service from Alex at Hart's in the past month. I needed a job done fast so that my brother and I could ride a commemorative ride for a family member and Alex accommodated by unreasonable turn around time request. He has also helped me trouble shoot irritating parts compatibility issues on my bikes' drive trains that I have neither the time nor patience for. I am really grateful to have had a different experience than I did with a different employee a year ago.

Ross was an absolute superhero getting me and my husband bikes (hybrid and performance) for our first triathlon. He was knowledgable about what needed and found us the perfect bikes to feel comfortable and perform well. If you are in the market for a high quality bike, I highly recommend visiting Hart’s. The owner Ross is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I am from California and did the Escape the Cape triathlon down in Cape May. Ross went out of his way to assist me with my bike setup and extended every courtesy possible. I’m so impressed with his personable nature and generosity that my next bike purchase will be from Hart’s Cyclery. They have serious equipment and bikes for all levels and budgets. Most of all this shop takes care if it’s customers! Thanks again Ross... a big shout out from California.

Exceptional sales and service. I've used Hart's since I was a young adult in the moutain bike scene and recently used them again for new bikes for my wife and I. Despite being during the midst of the Covid pandemic and having limited stock, Ross was attentive and worked with me on all aspects of the transaction. He was more than fair on the trade in value of a bike I bought from him previously and was engaged in making sure I had the best experience possible. He runs his business the way I'd imagine I'd run my own. If you're looking for the best possible experience buying or servicing your bike, Hart's Cyclery is your only choice. Will continue to service and upgrade my bikes with Ross.

After deciding to put my new bike together myself, I quickly found I was unsuccessful. My Co worker advised me to try Hart's. They were so kind and helpful. This experience was so awesome, I will never go anywhere else. My bike now rides amazingly and is also safe. This group of people know their stuff, are professional, and their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop.

This is an incredible bike shop with experienced mechanics, great inventory and a friendly and flexible staff. The prices are competitive and the recent renovation is beautiful. Ross Hart founded the shop years ago and still runs it. His experience with bikes, sales and people is priceless!

This by far the most personable cycling shop in the area. It carries top brands and even more exotic European products for the most demanding cyclists. Ross Hart leads a team that is competent and knowledgeable and wants to ensure you are being taken care of. I came to Ross a year ago with a situation on a new bike purchased from a well-known Specialized dealer in Lawrenceville who essentially fitted me wrong and poorly managed a mechanical issue with the groupset. Ross took the matter personally and offered me assistance which he too could not remedy with the manufacturer. Long story short, he offered me a 2 week free trial of one of his carbon fiber models he made for himself. It was pure joy and so a deal was made. I have not looked back since. This is the place to go if you want personal attention. Though Ross and his team will work on price, this is not a discount shop. Our culture of getting rock bottom pricing AND customer service must stop. :0 You will get what you pay for here. I highly endorse this shop and its ownership.

Met Ross last week onsite for my first ever triathlon. Beyond appreative of his final checks on my bike, some water (forgot to bring my own) and overall encouragement! If you have any needs, def good know a shop like this exist and I'll def be connecting with him down the road.

The team at Hart’s were providing services at the start of the NJ State Triathlon - they sorted out my tire pressure and spare parts to boot. Friendly team and great service, cannot recommend them enough :)

Cannondale's website directed me to Harts and I'm glad it did. Very relaxed, low pressure shop with knowledgeable staff...can't ask for more. Ross was able to give me a good deal on a 2012 model since the '13s were coming out which was an even bigger plus. Great shop, highly recommended.

Excellent Excellent experience every time. Harts is not only exceptional at repairs and sales....they have the local knowledge to help every ability of bike rider with information on training rides, trail rides and local races in the area. In addition-they host numerous info sessions where professional athletes give tips based on their experience. I would not have the bike confidence that I do in my triathlons if it were not for Harts.
