Absolutely fresh and delicious lunch. I really like the Tuna melt, but there's other great choices to. Love their ice tea. The prices are very reasonable for what you receive. The place is tiny, so dinning-in may not be available. Advice for summer patrons, call your order in a couple of hours early because the line could get rather long. The owner is a real gentleman and the counter girl is a doll, so be nice and throw a few bucks in the tip jar for the young lady even if your picking up. Oh and parking can get rather tight.

Fantastic place to stop for breakfast!

It's actually a small cafe that's in the same building as an accompanying store, so it's not going to have a lot of wiggle room with only three tables... but it's a pretty cozy spot to relax for a bit. The tables are etched with local designs. Hardwood floors and beams. It's nice.

When we were there, service was by teens doing their part-time diligence, but it was still good, prompt, and polite. Not much of a coffee selection while we were there but I'm sure it fluctuates. (Just a dark, medium, and decaf roast with a variety of complements.) The menu is simple, which is good.

Food was great. The pancakes are HUGE, so getting just one for $7 but served with a small dish of real maple syrup and butter hit the spot. I got a blueberry one and it is homemade with plenty of fruit in it. My wife got the raspberry French toast and although it says it comes with flavored syrup, it actually has tons of compote fruit loaded on top... and I was jealous. =p

Highly recommended!

Cute little place with good food. The place is always clean and inviting. Staff are always postive and welcoming! I love that there is a coffee station with all the fixings to make it the way you like it. I come here quite often on my way to work to grab a coffee and a quick bite to take with me on the go. My favorite dish they serve is a scrambled eggs with salsa and toast. Soo good!

This is by far the best place in town for breakfast or lunch! Yes, it's small, and you may have to wait, but it's worth it! I worked there, so can tell you that this place is totally clean, and the food fresh and wholesome. Hunter prepares everything from scratch, and it shows! The pancakes are HUGE, the curries are delicious, the omelettes, superb! In the fall and winter, there are daily soups that are a meal in themselves. Most are vegan, too.
There is more seating on the porch and at the picnic tables in the summer/fall.
You won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience at Lydia's! Ive vacationed just outside of Wolfeboro for most of my life and I wish I had found this place sooner.. The staff was friendly, the food was amazing, and the iced coffee was out of this world. Their bagels are really good as well! We will definitely be back.

6 out of 5 stars and I’d rate it even higher than that.
The blueberry pancake is simply the best pancake ever made, ANYwhere.
OUTSTANDING !
Also a coffee lovers paradise with a gourmet latte menu selection.
Don’t miss this place.

Tiny little nook with a line out the door screams "local favorite." Food was delicious, and it has surprisingly bougie coffee options, which made my Americano loving heart happy. Wish I had more time to check out attached shop.

There are plenty of decent coffee/breakfast spots in Wolfboro, some new some older. Lydia's is by far one of our all time favorites. Their pancakes and omelettes are bomb.

2nd visit in as many days. The smoothies are expensive but stellar - especially the Maine-iac. Food is fantastic and cooked to order. Very much worth the visit, but it's quite popular, don't be in a hurry if you're eating at a peak time.

Great coffee and specialty smoothies, teas and coffee drinks. Great fresh breakfast and lunch items. Melancholy turkey sandwich and the salad burritos are fantastic. Quaint atmosphere.

Inexpensive place to enjoy a down to earth breakfast and coffee in a friendly cozy environment. Had a western omlette a few weeks ago and a bagel sandwich today, both very good.

Breakfast sandwiches, from-scratch muffins, plate-sized pancakes, tuna melts, homemade baked beans, house roasted turkey...it is all always fresh and delicious.

My go to tea/breakfast joint. Whenever I'm in town I make sure to stop in. Lydia's has been staple in the community for years and it's a commodity we are lucky to have.

The best coffee in town. My go to place any time of year. The "melancholy turkey" is to die for!
But it gets busy in the summer at certain times of day and it is pretty small, but it is totally worth any time you may have to wait.

A cozy breakfast spot with some great homestyle food. I got French toast and a hot chocolate, both were fantastic.
