I called into the pharmacy today for a prescription refill to be greeted by negative tone and poor customer service. I provided two stars as the service was quick but the women sounded like I was a bother for calling in.

Recently have been receiving the incorrect amount of pills for my medication. Very disappointing as I have been a customer here for many years.

Every month I go in just miserable women that either hate there life and careers or they ain't getting no ding dong

They are always rude, and nobody ever has answers to why the prescriptions are never ready when I get the message stating it is ready for pick up. They make you feel like getting your medications is a huge inconvenience to them. It is constantly a battle to get anything filled right or on time.

Terrible service. Called prior to going to pharmacy to pick up urgent script. Waited on a line 20 minutes to be told that the staff member never updated the computer. Then got a snotty “I’m sorry but you will have to wait 45 minutes” . Strongly recommend using another pharmacy. T

Why is there only one person dealing with the people picking up prescriptions when there are 5-6 people behind the counter and there is a line all the way down the aisle and extends around the corner plus the benches are full of people waiting? The "I don't care how long you wait" attitude at the Watkins Glen NY pharmacy is a disgrace. Everyone behind that counter should be fired for incompetence. They have all the time in the world to chit chat with each other about lunch, dinner, vacations (where they are going or have been and why they would or would not go back) shows their complete lack of respect for the customers and our time. I stopped 3 times today and I still do not have my prescription. All three times 5 -6 people were "working" and one lady was taking care of customers picking up prescriptions with 5-15 people waiting in line. What a joke the pharmacy is and the people who work there.

It never fails every single time I've come here my prescription isn't ready even after I verified on telephone with them that it is. This place is busy but c'mon. Time to switch to an alternate pharmacy.

Omg......... I don’t have enough time or patience to write and explaining the hurt they have it caused me and my entire family, with their I’m not sure if their is even a word in the English language for the overall evil these people have forced on us, I am getting sick to my stomach thinking about it. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE

Very slow and rude.. unorganized and understaffed from what I can see and dont inquire about an ETA when you've already been waiting an hr bc you will not be treated kindly
