I came in to buy less than a dollar worth of hardware to fix a broken shower handle in a pinch. Despite knowing i was not going to be spending much money, and without asking them, the staff helped me for over an hour to extract the broken set screw out of the handle. Everyone there went way above and beyond to help me! The selection of tools is not as large as the big stores, but so well thought out, theyll carry the quality tools that work! Id rate them higher if possible!
