This is a great place. I can almost always find what I'm looking for and the prices are very reasonable, especially in the back of the store for discounted items. Add to all this the fact that the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I am glad we have a DSW closby. They have varities of shoes and brands unlike anyone else and chance for you to try something before you buy it which is unbeatable. Specially for those who aren't comfortable buying shoes online.

I wanted to return a pair of. Shop that I have pirchased online. It was returned without any hassel. I have also putchased many times in the shop and never had any issues.

Found sneakers with help from floor worker.. I believe it was McKenna, fantastic personality and quick thinking knowledge of inventory.

DSW has been my go-to for footwear and accessories (scarves, hats, hosiery, etc.) for many years. The store also offers rewards for donating gently worn shoes.

I came here to get my son a pair of sneakers, the shoe I had picked out had one pair left in his size but one of the shoes in the box was missing, I checked the display shoe to make sure that it wasn’t the one missing and decided I would just go to the counter and ask (not knowing if they maybe keep them in the back like Shoe Dept. does or what) when I got to the counter I told the lady (I believe her name was Jaclyn or Jackie?) that the one of the shoes in the box wasn’t in there and she just looked at me and said “well I don’t know what to tell you” very rudely. I asked if they had the other pair possibly in the back and she told me no, that either someone took it or possibly took the shoe off and left it somewhere else around the store. Never offered to have another worker on the floor look or anything, she just said “well would you like to go check if you can find it anywhere yourself?”. I said sure and continued to go back to the kids shoes and was debating on getting another pair instead, but I ended up just saying forget it and I was just going to leave because I was so disgusted by the cashier that I just didn’t even want to go back up and deal with her unpleasant attitude. As I was walking out, one of the workers on the floor asked if I needed help with anything, so I explained the situation with the shoes I wanted and how it was missing and I couldn’t find the match, she proceeded to stop what she was in the middle of to help me look through all the boxes nearby for the match and even offered to have it ordered from the Victor location if they had them In stock there, if we couldn’t end up finding the match anywhere. She ended up finding the match down in the clearance section of the store… I’m so thankful that she was so kind enough to look around the store for the match and stopped what she was doing to help me. My little 19 month old loved her and she totally changed my mood after my experience with the front end staff. Her name was Jet!! When I checked out thankfully there was another cashier working so I was able to completely bypass the other lady, this cashier was much more pleasant and sweet, her name was Connie.
DSW you should really get more workers like jet because I guarantee you, your customers would have a much better experience, she truly was such an angel!

I love DSW! One of the only places that I can find a large variety of shoe options. So glad to see that they survived the pandemic. Would definitely love to see more paper bags for shoe purchases. I've been coming here ever since 2009. Please do not close and don't get self check out. I love to see the cashiers. Thanks for staying open and for having a variety of styles available for the whole family.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping at the DSW in Henrietta. I’m a store manager at a locally run retail store and I’m always looking for diamonds in the rough and making sure they’re recognized. The store was clean and orderly as I scanned the entire store upon arrival. I was in there to look for black and/or brown shoes to wear that has better support due to me being in my feet all day on concrete floors. I watched to see how their star was doing with how they worked and how often they’re asking if someone is in need of any assistance. Then comes Fiona. Wonderful sales associate. Asked me if I was finding everything out did I need some assistance in finding what I was looking for. She made constant eye contact, listened to me shoe needs and was extremely articulate. Due to her professionalism, I wanted to make sure she was recognized. Which is when I met Liz. The Buffalo sales manager. She was incredibly helpful ask a few more in depth questions and immediately found what I needed to aid in. Both of these young ladies are top notch and should be recognized for their expertise, knowledge and professionalism. These two young ladies are an asset to your company and have a bright future ahead of them. Thank you Fiona and Liz.

Love Love Love the wonderful selection of styles, sizes and colors, plenty of seating and mirrors. A kind store clerk offered a large fabric shopping bag to carry my 3 pairs of "I'm definitely buying" shoes while I searched the aisles for more. The employee at the register made sure I received my discount when I couldn't find my DSW card. Very happy customer!

SUCH AMAZING DEALS. They always have coupons that you can stack! It is worth becoming a member, so many perks!!! The stores are always clean and they always offer to order the shoe you want if it us not available in stores. They also have a great selection of shoes for the entire family.

Really good customer service, I purchased a $70 pair of boots and within a week they were losing the suede fabric off of them in multiple spots. Brought them in to exchange them and they stated that they could not take them back because I had worn them. Instead they gave me a $60 dollar credit to get a different pair and let me keep the other boots as well. Very pleased experience, will be returning.

Great place to get all kinds of shoes! Men/Women, girls/boys, athletic,surf & sun, beach, ...just all kinds. The prices are comprable to orher stores, but at DSW, there're all together.

Parking here is free & ample, there are handicapped spots just beyond the entryway. There are customer pick-up spots, too.

The staff were extremely helpful! Found the perfect shoe but they didn't have my size. They were able to order them for me. They will be delivered to my home at no charge. Thanks DSW!

big collection, good prices

I was at the store exchanging shoes that were bought online as a christmas present for my son. I could not understand my online receipt because it was not printed correctly. I thought I was getting back less money than I spent and I was not pleased.

The manager on duty was fabulous. She took her time to help me understand the online receipt. She even got out a calculator for me. At no point did she get angry, and I left understanding a very confusing online receipt.

Stopped in at DSW to look for a pair of sandals. Found a great pair, but forgot my $10 coupon. We'll be going back there tomorrow to see if they're still there, they were on the sale rack.

There are always really good deals. The clearance section always has something good. And if your in need for winter boots it's the place to get then for a great price.

DSW always has a good selection, and the staff were very helpful locating and ordering a pair of heels in a size that wasn't available in-store.
