Jaymark Jeweler is a wonderful family owned business. My husband and I designed wedding bands for each other when we got married and Jaymark did an amazing job turning our ideas into a reality. One child later I needed my ring resized and brought it back to Jaymark. Marissa helped me find the right size and discussed the impact the change would have on the engraving in my ring. She gave me options and a timeline for completion. My ring was done earlier than expected and fits just right :) James and Marissa are both fantastic to work with, I'm so glad we chose Jaymark to make our wedding band dreams come true.

My wife and I as well as our son have bought and have had made several pieces. Marissa, James and the entire staff at Jaymark not only create pieces of art but truly counsel you on the best product for your budget, occasion and what looks best on you. That personal and professional touch is lacking in many retailers today which may drive many to online venues. At Jaymark I can't recommend them enough. Having come from Long Island and knowing the Fortunoff family I never thought I could find a substitute. I am so glad I found Jaymark and can't provide enough accolades. Jaymark did such a great job with my ring set. My husband came up with a design and they completed customized and brought it to life in no time. They were friendly, helpful, and caring throughout the whole process, and the interest they took in our love story starting with our engagement in Ireland just shows how passionate they are about their craft! My dad had a lovely anniversary ring made at JayMark for my mom in 1998, so when I wanted to have some pieces of jewelry made recently, I went there too. The 50-minute drive from my house was well worth it! It was easy to make an appointment with James, and he listened to my ideas and created a very special pendant using my parents' wedding rings. He also created a pair of earrings using the diamond from my mom's engagement ring and a matching diamond that he sourced. I am very happy with both pieces!! James is working on some additional pieces of jewelry for me as well. I can't wait to see them!!

Highly recommend Jaymark Jewelers. I recently took two watches to Jaymark to have their batteries replaced and to get the crystal cleaned on an old Fossil watch that my mom gave me in the mid-90s. The staff was friendly, the service was solid, and the price was great.

Absolutely love this jewelry store! Went in to have my engagement ring band changed and then decided to add baguettes. They did such an amazing job. I can’t stop looking at it! The customer service is top notch as well as all the people that work there. It’s so nice to have a trusted jewelry store you can go to!

They saved my wedding band! I had an eternity band design that a jeweler tried to make bigger. They just cut my band and added a bar. It was horrible! I hadn’t touched it since (5yrs). My husband took my ring to Jaymark, they mapped out a rendering using the same design and scrolls in white gold. I can’t even tell where they added their work! Beautiful work and the customer service was amazing! Highly recommend

I wanted to combine my engagement ring and diamond band into one setting. Not sure where to go since my jeweler retired
. So I decided to make an appointment with James ( the owner) after reading all the positive reviews.
Mind you, this was the first visit and did not know what to expect.
So far I am beyond pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained the process and then put all the pertinent info needed into the computer. He gave of a couple of different estimates, depending on which setting I want to go with.
Can’t wait for the next appointment!

These people are very experienced Jewelers. They will work with you on custom designs. These were designs that they created for us. We have had them for ~15 years. I just today brought them the Polar Bear to be re-plated.
