I can't say enough about the level of service and skill here. I have had two watches serviced without any glitches. My wife had to have her wedding band cut off. She brought it to Watchpital for repair. The repair was done to perfection and at a reasonable cost. It's so nice to deal with a local family business rather than a chain jewelry store. They are great people doing great work!

Walked in same day to repair my father's watch. We were referred here by our jeweler. It's an older piece and we were worried it would take some time. It was repaired within minutes. They are very personable and efficient. The name alone deserves 5 stars, very catchy. Support your local businesses!

Not only are they proficient with my time pieces I've dropped off, They have a beautiful assortment of watches for men and women.
Need a battery changed? 10 bucks you're in and out. Nostalgic feel and alot of quality products. I believe they even have their own line.

Really nice place, knowledgeable and straightforward work. I needed a clasp replaced, and they did it on the spot. I totally recommend this shop for jewelry repair.

Stopped in for an issue with my watch. The Gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable, but he wanted to have someone else take a look at it as well to be sure. I came back a couple hours later after calling and asking them to install a new battery as well and the issue was sorted out. Been good to go since. Great place.

My mantel clock is working fine, and it wasn’t even broken, I just didn’t know how to set it. He showed me how, and there was no charge! I have to bring him my antique clock! AAA+++

I've used this jeweler for batteries and fine jewelry repairs. Unique shop as the owner Rafael also repairs and sells grandfather clocks. I believe he specializes in the repair of antique clocks, watches, etc. I recommend him highly.

I took a regular clock here. It was old and had been through a fire. A friend refinished the outside. The clock had special significance to me. Within a week I had it back. It looks amazing and works fine. I am so impressed and thrilled beyond belief! Thank you so much!!
