Have been going here for years . Used to go to Anoka . Bill Corts crew does a fantastic job! Polish and sticks are our usual go to, but all products are great! Fast turn around and the friendly service, I will always take our venison here .

Awesome! Bratwurst summer sausage. They're even cutting up venison now. Once I had 50 lb of wieners made from venison. Lightly smoked. Also summer sausage. The best I ever had. Check them out !

Have been using Bill Cort for years now, he and his team do everything extremely well. Couldn't be happier. Usually get 20+ pounds of jalapeno cheddar brats every year, my favorite lunch!!! The venison sticks are the best ever, not just me saying that but everyone I have shared them with as well. Thank you very much and look forward to doing business with you for many more years!

These guys are amazing, I searched Deer Processing on google maps, 10 minutes off hwy 35 you'll find their ultra clean facility. I was honestly concerned I was dropping my sons first buck off to some redneck on a dirt road. That was not the case, the place operated like a commercial slaughter house and the buck was neatly packed and frozen the next day.

Very impressed by this family business. They made my first deer season easy, getting EVERY scrap of meat off the small buck! Did it very fast and inexpensive.

The owner Bill and the crew greets you like family. Extremely professional, clean and fast. I hope to get one more deer yet, just to pass out the sausages and brats to friends.
