Nice people! And the award goes to the mechanic I met today. Same common courtesy as the rest of the staff, but really went above and beyond knowing that although it is a commercial mower, it is residential use and took the time to talk in detail about what was wrong and course of action to fix it. I left there extremely comfortable and confident that they are the vendor to use for all sales and service in their industry. I've been to the location on y bayville , and although I was met with the same quality customer service, this location is just easier to pull in and out of.

Forget going to the big box home store. These guys are where its at for outdoor power equipment. They repair everything too. I purchased a new chainsaw, they put it together for me and test ran it. I was shown how to operate it and care for it. You wont get that at home depot or lowes!

If it's outdoor power equipment they can fix it! Well stocked with new outdoor essential. They cater to landscapers so the wait time for repair can exceed two weeks. The repair costs can be high, but it's done right.
