Great customer service. He was so patient and helpful. He spent over an hour and half last hunting season to help me get a scope for my new to me gun that fit my specific needs. He didn’t give up when everyone else said it wasn’t possible. It is our go to gun store.

Russ is amazing and so is his shop. Ordered a rifle online and had it shipped to him at his store. Everything was done super fast which is unbelievable during this hoax of a pandemic where it seems things take longer than normal but this was not the case at all!! I showed up there about 30 minutes before closing time to pick up the rifle and of course the background check was stuck on processing for an entire hour so he was kind enough to wait with me 30 minutes after posted closing time for the store to make sure it went to proceed.

You don’t get this kind of service at the big stores. Definitely will be coming back here. His prices are competitive with the big name stores... even if he would charge more for his products I’d gladly pay for the extra amount just to give him the business because of the services he provides. Best FFL I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with A LOT!

Great locally owned firearms store! I stopped in last fall and took note of some accessories I would like to add to my AR-15. After my girlfriend heard me talking about them, she stopped into the store several weeks later and Russ not only remembered me but also the particular grip that I wanted. He was able to help make sure she picked up the right one for me. Highly recommended!

Stopped in today to check for some AKM parts and ammo, stock was thin on the AK side of things(not exactly surprising at this point in time), but the owner was amazing and even sold me some 7.62 out of his own (what I assume) personal stock.
He sent me out the door with some solid leads on the parts I was looking for. Honestly can't recommend Freedom Firearms enough.
I'll be a returning customer for sure.

I have to say that Freedom Arms is a place I'd rather do business with, I wasn't able to reassemble my recent purchase of a shotgun at one of the big box stores. I called where I had purchased it, told them my situation they could not help, I called Freedom Arms, Russ told me to bring in and would see what he could do.... Went to every store in town to find mounts for my new scope with no success. Bill’s and Fleet Farm both sold me the wrong items. Russ had what I needed on hand and even mounted and bore sighted my new scope for me. Would definitely recommend giving this local gun shop your business.

Russ is my go to too guy! He's always willing to help and very knowledgable. He's always my first phone call with anything firearms related. Plus I like supporting local business.

Russ's absolutely awesome absolutely phenomenal customer care a great experience if he doesn't have it in stock will order it in for you. He might be a small shop but I'd rather stop at Russ's any day of the week then go through a big box store and he's 60 miles from me.
