Nakshi IS AWESOME!!! She was very, very helpful in getting my phone account placed on Auto pay!! She was also very patient and completely a great Customer service representative for Metro by T mobile. I will certainly buy my next phone from T- mobile.

Absolutely thrilled by the expertise and professionalism of NAKSHI, she actually got me a free tablet out of the deal I didn't know I was entitled too because the lenth of service and loyalty to metro pcs, not perfect reception service but decent for the price. Highly recommend her if you are looking to save money and get a decent phone for a reasonable price. Other metro sites seem more about upselling their products than their actual customers needs. Look for NAKSHI, she is amazing

The women that works there is great plus she's beautiful that's a plus and I love her accent but her customer service skills and her going out of her way is what really made eye opener

I purchased a phone in May at this Metro store & these guys are great!! Not only is the service extremely fast, I only pay a third of what I did with my previous carrier. No exaggeration, a third.
I brought my phone back in June for help with Google Playstore--they were so helpful. I just stopped in again for a question on my Settings & again they were very helpful & quick. (I would wait 45 minutes to an hour for help with my previous carrier, get a clueless rep. & be even more frustrated when I left.)
They go above & beyond every time I stop in.

Their great, know more about the plans than customer service. My screen was cracked, he fixed it, got ahold of the insurance companies, had a new one overnighted. Fix

Alyssa was great store manger whom helped me very well in getting my phone back in order. And next month in getting a new phone.

The lady at the Main Street Binghamton location is very patient and accomodating to the needs of all of her customers.

I visited metro pcs at 348 main Street on 08/30/2021 and Alyssa Ambrosino was very helpful and set me up with new service and she was absolutely sweet and was amazing.

The store associate's are very friendly and helpful and like to go above and beyond to help customers, very knowledgeable about the devices
That are sold here , quick service
And all devices that are sold here are new and are the lowest priced on the market, metro pcs has excellent network coverage for Binghamton and surrounding areas of Broome county
Also the data speed is the fastest I've experienced with a wireless phone service provider, when going with this service provider you will never have dropped calls , you will always receive your texts messages super fast, and it's not just advertising when they say unlimited data they don't throttle down your data speed ever and it truly is unlimited calls texts and data.
