Ryan was super helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. He put a temporary screen on my phone so I could do an iCloud backup and save all my pictures. He also took steps to see if I was covered by insurance first to potentially lower the cost. 10/10 recommend!

I came in because I needed an authorized Pixel phone repair. Closest location was 30 minutes away. They needed 2 hours to check out my phone. Not their fault, but made it difficult to come back same day.

Everyone at this location is off the charts with their customer service skills. Janine went above and beyond to help me and did multiple times. I can't thank her enough!! Andrew was extremely helpful when I went to pick up my phone. It really is sad that the xfinity store couldn't help me, and after a long couple months and a lot of money, at least I'm up and running and not stressing in my business with out a phone. These employees all need a raise. They treated each person who walked in with such respect and patience. I am in the customer service industry and I cant say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Thanks for reading!

very professional and helpful. this is the third item i had repaired in this store and always receive the same service. I have the same store closer to my house but I drive the extra 20 minutes because of the customer service.

Had issues with my screen which was covered under my insurance with Verizon. Asurion was quick and thorough. Phone was repaired in a timely manner.

I got my phone fixed and it only took 20 minutes. I also got a free screen protector, the people there are very nice.

Brought in my son's phone because it couldn't charge for over a month. Came in and met Janine. She told me she would be right back, came back and mere minutes with what was like a brand new phone!

Staff were very easy to work with. The tried to fix my laptop without having to order a new screen first. Didn't charge me for the visit. Computer worked for a week the the screen completely stopped working. The were able to fix it in just a few days. Great customer service.

I've visited the store twice and both experiences have been great. Several months ago they replaced a broken screen for me and most recently they assisted with removing sand/dirt from the charging port on my iPhone. They work quickly, are polite, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The tech was very helpful and shared all the details of the fix. It was a screen replacement and he completed it in under 1 hour. Very very very good experience.
