Apple Nanuet

When I entered the apple store, I was met by a pleasant employee who was able to assist me with my needs. Employees are helpful is always a positive sign, and this was the case at this Apple Store.

I was impressed by the range of items available for purchase as I walked around the store. The Apple Store offers a diverse selection of products, ranging from iPhones to Mac laptops, so there's something for everyone.

The Apple Store is stages for its sleek and modern appearance, and the way the products were displayed reflected this.

The store was located in a farely convience place in Nanuet. the process of booking an appointment with a support person worked well. We still had to wait for our support person, but the replacement laptop screen was ordered. We were notified the following day that the new screen part had arrived and we revisied the store to surrender the laptop. We were contacte the following day to come by and pay for the repair and pickup the laptop. This process went farely quickly and the quality of the repair was excellent. I highly recommend getting Apple to repair your devices etc as they really good repairs. I do feel that Apple staff push for completely new purchases over repairs and I felt it wasn't applicable for our laptop. So shame on Apple for not purchase the more Eco-friendly solution of repairs over new purchases.

Needed to get my iPad password reset. Generally an appointment is needed but they were able to help me immediately. Quick and efficient, the team here was able to fix my issue and let me go on my way.

Very close to an amazing experience.. Ron, Brandon and Matt were extremely friendly and helpful and deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you! Christina on the other hand definitely needs some customer service training. It is really sad how someone in a management role can be so condescending and rude. It’s understandable that there are rules that need to be followed but at the end of the day it is all about how effectively you communicate with customers.

Great staff! Very informed Genius Bar and they communicated great with me regarding a repair that I needed to get done. Work was done faster than expected. They were informative and knowledgable. The work was done fast and I would definitely recommend.

Omg the best service you can’t imagine, for example I just traded in my old iPhone for the new 15 pro and they were there for me step by step

Great location. Clean store. Nice staff. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for an apple member to help me with my purchase. And the set up process after purchase was easy and that apple staff member was also helpful. Great overall experience.

I love my New Laptop! Best choice I made and I Got a student discount!!! Genesis was so very nice and was very knowledgeable about the Apple products she was selling she wasn’t trying to get me to buy the product that was the most money she look at what fit me the best. I Got my old MacBook stolen so to get this kind of customer service was very helpful and to me I left the store with a big smile. The other Tech ( I forgot his name) who helped me with my AirPods was so nice as well I will definitely be coming back to this Apple Store it’s the closest one and a bit far over an hour away but it’s worth it. 🙂

Amazing staff, especially Vladimir, he was able to help me, he solved my phone problem. Before that, I tried to fix it myself and even called Apple support, but he is the only one who was able to fix everything in just 5 minutes. I am very grateful to him!

The store has so many workers. We got a specialist from iphone sales. The iPhone cost more than all my 20 years of purchasing phones. Just under $1500 for an iPhone 14 pro . Wow, no charger included.

Made an appointment the day before and helped promptly the next day at 10:00 AM. Friendly, knowledgeable staff assisted me in a roomy, wide open area with all Apple products on display. Glad I ordered my Mac computer in person from an Apple store rather than mail order from an online camera store that I had previously considered. We'll worth the visit.

Amazing quick service. Tech support was super easy.

Ordered a mag safe 3 cable and a 96w brick and 20 minutes later it was ready for pickup. I was greeted when I walked in to the store and 4 minutes later I had my chargers and was on my way.

I would take this opportunity to tell apple how great Mr. Edwin was his customer service was phenomenal he was so great I pay off one phone and left with 2 14 pro max 2 battery packs and 2 cases his knowledge and patient was A+ when I ask Edwin for his supervisor Mr sheed response time was within 5 minutes which was great Mr sheed was very professional and happy once I share my experience to him thank you guys for a job well done … sheed and Edwin rock !!!!
