The spyhouse coffee they used for my cappuccino tasted extra bitter. Either it was over roasted or I just don't care for these beans.

Excellent coffee and espresso. Sandwiches are not worth the money and they charge you a dollar for meat, which was a laughable amount.

Just left this coffee shop about 20 to 25 minutes ago. Young man there with long hair on top of his head bald sides was extremely rude, both in attitude and in his comments. The young lady there with the long dark hair was very kind and polite. I will not be back after the rude treatment and more than one rude comment from the young man, not just what he said which was Curt and rude enough, but he was equally sarcastic and demeaning. The only reason I'm giving one stars because the young lady was very polite and nice, that star is for her

Horrible service. They didn't have the drink I wanted so I decided to get hot tea. It was supposed to be "ginger lemon" flavored tea. I drink tea a lot and that wasn't ginger lemon at all. I went back to get my money because I didn't want to drink that disgusting thing she gave me. Both the guy and the girl had horrible attitude. I will take my business back to Starbucks. Bad service!

First time I saw an espresso shot being poured first into a shot glass then overextracted so much that it spiled over and then the remains poured into a paper cup. One can imagine the resulting taste of an espresso. And I'm still hoping that at least the aim was at double espresso. Avoid.

Horrible service! The girl who made my coffee was eating pizza before she made my latte and did not wash her hands! The male was extremely rude and short with me, which was surprising because there we NO other customers.
