Was to my surprise they even installed the snow plow and tire chains I purchased with the mower. Professional and also very friendly to communicate with. First time tractor buyer - Mike made it easy. He is friendly, kind and easy-going. Rather than a hard-sales experience, it was a pleasant sales experience! And as promised, he delivered my equipment to my door and spent time with me going over the machinery details. I feel like I can reach out anytime with questions, and that M&M Express is a new reliable friend.

Staff were extremely easy to deal with. I told them exactly what I wanted and they went above and beyond to deliver! It was very nice to have a small town feel instead of the typical big box treatment. I highly recommend them and will be a customer for life!

We are new to the Brainerd area and of course our snowblower quit halfway through the job on the first snow. I called the Brainerd location at 10 minutes before they closed and brazenly asked if they would stay past closing so I could bring in my Toro machine. Not only did Mike stay late but he got it running enough to do some initial diagnosis. Although I wasn’t able to leave with it that day, Mike got it in and repaired and I had it back before the next snow! We were so impressed we ended up buying a more “suitably” powered snowblower for these Minnesota winters. Again, Mike stayed and worked with us well past closing time and was anything but pushy about the sale. I remember him advising us not to make a purchase in the heat of our issues and wanted us to only buy if we were sure that’s what we wanted. He talked us through options and completed that sale that night. I cannot say enough about the extraordinary service we received and am a totally satisfied customer. I highly recommend the team at M&M Express and especially thank Mike for the outstanding service we received.

Purchased a Kioti tractor from Mike last weekend. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had done a lot of research online and talked to multiple dealerships and really got a better feeling from the interactions that I had with Mike at M&M.
Justin just delivered the tractor, He was also very pleasant and even though it was pouring down rain, he took his time to go through the entire tractor with me and make sure that I was comfortable with all of the controls and operation of the tractor.
I am very happy with the experience and never felt rushed or pressured during the entire process.

Friendly staff. Helpful and informative but no pressure. Nice to be able to look inside on a cold Minnesota February day! We bought a compact tractor and they delivered it to Bemidji, went over operating instructions before leaving. Thank you, Mike (sales) and Justin (delivery)!

Mike was more than helpful and courteous. Their selection was great, even in this odd year. After the purchase of a mower, they took the time to walk through how everything works and offered their own personal recommendations. They also helped load and secure it before we left. Overall, a superb experience.

I called them for an ignition switch and the staff member was very helpful. Even though I didn't order the part,he gave me the correct part number to help me out. I will go back to them for any other part or services. I thought the service was outstanding.

I just received my XT3 GSX with a 54" fab deck and took it for a quick spin around the yard. I can see that this is going to shave off at least 1/2 hr when compared to my old lawn tractor. Mike was really great to work with on the purchase. I had made an error ordering the wrong tractor the first go around and he helped me get what I was looking for, Thanks for your help Mike!

Thank you Mike brown we are extremly pleased with our new kioti tractor we had been to multiple business looking at tractors ,I did not know anything about tractors but educated myself along the way ,myself and my significant other craig davidson had been in m&m without each other asking questions and also calling ,each and every time always treated with respect and patience,what I was extremly pleased about as well as a woman I was not brushed off and was always treated wonderfully and every single question was always answered . If I didn't understand right away It was explained again in a different way so I could understand .Justin I believe was his name delivered the tractor with great respect and offered answers to questions if we had any.delivered at the exact time requested as well.Thank you all so very much.mike and I share the same last name but are in no way related.

Everybody body there has always been great whether I needed parts, repair, or just advice. The lady complaining about the manager in her bad review is way off base, great guy.
