The staff are great, the food is great, the prices are great, honestly one of the best breakfast places I've been to in a long time.

Bonus points to whoever makes the hollandaise sauce, it's amazing.

My husband and I received Annie's name from a a co-worker of mine who had her wedding catered by Annie.

My husband and I were struggling to find a caterer in the cites within our price range who also had good food for 115 guests. Well did we ever find it at Annie's.

We called Annie and set up an appointment to drive out to Belle Plaine to try her food. We were expecting just tastings as we had experienced at other caterers. I'll say one thing, show up hungry because Annie is going to make sure you receive the full experience.

She was so friendly, and her food was amazing that we decided to book with her right then and there. We choose Roast Beef, Roasted Chicken, Au Graten Potatoes, green beans, and a Fresh garden salad. The total? $14.95 per plate, just wow!

Annie only required from us two tables for her to set up the buffet. She really went above and beyond to show us that she cared, even making the hour drive the night before the wedding to "pre-set up". Her team arrived at the wedding as scheduled set up and began serving. They were all extremely friendly to our guests and made everyone feel comfortable.

As a final touch we asked as she was packing up if she could leave the coffee server behind so guests could continue to enjoy coffee through the night, and she did.

Our guests raved about her food all night. We can not thank her enough for making our day special and providing such a wonderful meal for our guests.

I had one of the daily specials- Reuben sandwich soup- FANTASTIC!!!! . It was in an absolutely HUGE bowl. Prices were SOOOOOOO good!!! The service was so down home and welcoming you felt like you knew her! ☺☺☺(Thank you for making us feel at home.)

Great local, home cooking food and atmosphere.
Front and rear dinning, these folks cater out of this place too. Sometimes if they're rolling out large orderers to go or cater you may not have drive thru speed of service but it's always on the money and great service. The place feels like you were invited to eat with them. Love it.

Amazing food amazing prices!

Very good breakfast. Scrambled eggs made with real eggs and the bacon was fabulous. Only negative comment would be a little too much grease. I loved that none of the coffee cups matched and it was fun to look at all of the antiques sitting around. A true small town cafe. Will most definitely go back again!!

After a terrible experience at cindys kitchen in town I stopped here to grab some food to go for some friends I was running to wake up for work I was so impressed by the amount of food and the price I went back the next day now this is the only place in town I'd have breakfast it's wonderful and the staff are as great as the food I will take pictures and add them of the menu since I've noticed there are none on here and I am about to go for breakfast today. I look forward to trying their lunch I wasn't even aware they served it .

Charming little cafe with a big menu. Atmosphere is homey with small town feel. We stopped on a Saturday morning and had a wonderful breakfast. Food is all home cooked from scratch. Large portions, and you can choose 2 or 4 egg omlette and with or without potatoes. Toast was fresh baked, had the rye toast which was excellent. Lots of interesting antiques and signs on the walls. My son-in-laws French toast made my mouth water just looking at it. Prices are very reasonable!

First time eating here. Coffee is nice and strong. You get alot more food for the price. Food is amazing and the staff is wonderful. Very sweet and very family family oriented. I cant beleive I havent been here before. Thank you for a great experience and I wish we could give more stars.

My mother & I visited this cute, tiny diner run by sisters. The food is excellent. The 🥧 OMG! It's great for breakfast. We will be going here from now on.

This is a must go to restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious 😋 and we will definitely be back soon! So many items to pick from, it was very fast and a good portion for the price! Amazing food!

From the tchotchkes on the walls and shelves to the wonderful servers, Annie's is a charming little cafe. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch daily, but their breakfast is the reason I keep returning. The food is delicious, scratch-made, and affordable. I'm a big fan of their omelettes, biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. Parking can be a bit tough in front of the actual location, but the street parking a block down is accessible (we're fortunate enough to live four blocks away, so we walk there when we need our fix).

If you love diners with great food and cheap prices, look no further than Annie's in Belle Plaine!

1st time I have been there,it was really good, there was 7 of us and we all ordered different items and we were all pleased with the food. It does have the atmosphere of a" hole in the wall" restaurant

Friendliest staff you could ever hope for. The food is like a really good Mama would make. Huge pancakes and omelets that are served all day. This is an event. You can just get a meal anywhere else.
