I am so happy and thrilled that I found this salon. A friend told me about how wonderful Myleige is. Well, I been looking for a highly skilled hairdresser/stylist for many, many years. The best stylists I've gone to in the past were in NYC, Boston, Switzerland Italy. Myleige gave me the best consult I've ever had; listened to me rambling and then did her magic on me. The best haircut and color ever!! The salon is beautiful and relaxing. so serene. thank you, Myleige from the bottom of my heart.

I think Myliege is an angel. This is my story: Last Friday afternoon I had a devastating experience with my current stylist. After 2 years of excellent hair cuts, he gave me a bad haircut 5 weeks earlier. I was not upset, because anyone can have a bad day. I had not had one moment over the 5 weeks to reach out for a touch up so he was not aware I had any troubles with it. (I had also had an extremely stressful month at work and my fiance had been hit by a car and injured - now recovering). In addition, I was in the final throes of planning our wedding in 2 weeks. So I was relieved to be sitting in his chair on a Friday, knowing my hair would be fixed up and that we would have our typical fun talk. We had always gotten along fabulously. I was a little nervous about telling him because I didn't want to hurt his feelings, so in what I believed to be neutral voice I started to explain what the issues had been so he would know what needed work. I never insulted him or judged him. I simply ran my hands through my hair and explained what was too short or long, etc. Well, he went off on me like nothing I have ever seen. He berated me and stood over me, flailing his arms and pounding his chest as he yelled at me about how hard he worked and how arrogant I was, etc etc. He gave me no opportunity to respond in a meaningful way. At one point I tried to apologize (in case I did unintentionally come off as rude) and he would not even acknowledge it. It was about a 4-5 minute tirade. I left in a stunned and devastated state with no idea how I was going to find a stylist who could deal with my admittedly complex style before the wedding. I also felt like I lost a friend. I went home and at 5PM I called Metro Spa. I had never been there but always thought it looked beautiful. The owner Myliege answered and she said I could come in for a quick consult right away but she had a client at 5:30. I got there in 5 minutes. She was WONDERFUL. Very calming and caring. It was like a therapy session after the trauma I had just endured. She sat me in a chair and actually started cutting so I would be able to better manage my hair until we get a real appt. She did a great job and then refused to take a tip! i just cannot even express how grateful I was to have found her. Looks like I have a new stylist! Thank you so much, Myliege!

The experience here was amazing! Everyone here was super friendly and sweet and really did a great job! I felt so taken care of and special! I even brought my Husband there and they did such a great job he fell so comfortable that he feel asleep lol

The Metrospa did an amazing job doing the hair and makeup for my wedding!!! I had a huge bridal party, and they did a wonderful job with a variety of different up, half-up, and down hairstyles...everyone looked fantastic! Also, the team was so friendly and professional...they were very organized and kept everything right on schedule so the day was completely stress-free! They also had a great atmosphere and even provided snacks for us! I can't say enough wonderful things about the team here...highly recommend!!

Meiliege is very professional and does an excellent job. I have had Keratin treatment, highlights and my haircut. I have been going to her for 10 years and have always been happy with her work. The place is very clean too!

I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by my experience with Keegan. I received both a facial and dermaplane with her. Keegan really listened and addressed my skin concerns while making the session immensely relaxing. Her touch was intentional and confident, and I think I was drooling during the scalp massage. My skin looks hydrated, and feels amazing. I could not recommend her more. I will definitely be back!

I was on the hunt for a new salon/spa because I had just moved to the area recently, and I’m so glad I came across this one! The space is VERY clean, and the decor is beautiful! Hannah did an amazing job on my haircut and she was super friendly and easy to talk to! I will be back! I highly recommend her and this salon!

Wonderful and attentive staff while my best friend and I got pedicures! The pricing is good and I highly recommend!

I scheduled a spa day for my moms 60th birthday here and we had such a good time! There was a group of 4 of us and we got manis and pedis and facials. They treated us like princesses. Supplied us with light appetizers and offered us mimosas, wine, coffee, tea, and water. The staff were extremely accommodating and so nice! At the end of our spa day they even surprised us with little to go goody bags filled with body oils and sugar scrubs. They truly went above and beyond to make my moms day special. We would definitely recommend them and would also come back for sure!

I recently had a body treatment at The Metrospa in Dover, NH. It was fantastic. Many of their treatment rooms have private showers so that you can rinse off between treatments. So amazing. Also... the whole place is beautiful. A very upscale spa with hair, nail and body services.

My massage therapist was so friendly. I'd go back to see her anytime. They really make you feel comfortable, and cared for.

I have very curly hair, always on the verge of frizz, and Kalie gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. She is knowledgable and very talented, and her love of what she does clearly shows in the result. I trust her judgement and highly recommend her. The fantastic haircut was followed up with a complementary birthday facial, which was absolute heaven. Christine took the time to ask many questions beforehand, and the products she chose for my skin type were perfect - my skin felt and looked noticeably different after the facial. The spa itself is beautifully done. The atmosphere is relaxing, spotless, and the staff is very polite. Oh, and the chairs at the hair washing stations give wonderful back massages! I left feeling like a new woman!

I've been going here for nearly five years now, and I can tell you this is where I go for all my hair needs! I come here for my semi-annual trim and every time I arrive, Meiliege and her staff are always happy to see me. They make me feel so welcome!! And the head massages are heavenly!! Thank you, ladies, for making my experiences the best ever!!

I saw on Facebook that The Metrospa was having a special on the Bella Core Deep Tissue massage. I had questions as I have back issues and was currently going through PT and dry needling. I message them on Facebook and Nichole from The Metrospa got back within minutes. She tried to answer my questions about the massage and then took my number so Anneka could call me. She called me and walked me through the massage and the benefits and told me she thought it would be great for my issue I was having. I went and had my massage. Anneka was patient and kind as I had many questions. Since having my massage I have had a really good week of no pain. When I thought I overdid and was going to pay for it I felt great. Totally recommend if you have any form of back pain, sciatica issues etc.

I absolutely love coming here. All the women are so sweet, wonderful to be around, and incredibly talented. I really feel pampered and refreshed after every service I receive. Also the inside aesthetic is just really fun, bright, and modern! A nice environment to be in. They do an over-the-top, exceptional job with their covid regulations to ensure the safety of their guests.

Hannah L. is my stylist here and she’s amazing. I can be honest with her about what I want and what I don’t like. Everyone at Metrospa is always friendly and welcoming. And I look forward to the cookies. :)

I've been to the Metrospa now a few times for different services, both before and during the time of coronavirus. I have to say, even after COVID, these folks have been working SO HARD to keep things safe and clean for clients. This is the kind of place you go when you want to a good solid service in an environment that is basically like a spa in a movie. The place is spotless, service is good, and prices are reasonable. Facials there are great, as are their nail services, pedis, eyebrow waxing, and hair treatments. If you want a good pick me up after a long day, the hair treatment and blowout is enough to really make you feel good without breaking the bank! They also accept reservations by contacting via Facebook, if you're not a phone call kind of person :)

Today was my first time coming to The Metrospa. I can’t say that I’ve ever been treated so amazingly at a salon before. Jess my hairstylist was a rockstar and got me exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait to go back there and try more of their services. Kudos ladies, y’all made me feel like a rockstar myself.

Visiting from Atlanta and my sister-in-law treated me to a facial with Lee. I had a wonderful experience. Spa is clean and pretty. The staff couldn't have been nicer!

Loved this place... and got a great hair style with Jessica and facial with the amazing Kaitlyn!! My daughter had the same amazing experience with My Liege and Kaitlyn... thank you ladies. We can't wait for our next visit.

Gina and Mieliege are rockstars. Nichole was like the hostess with the “mostess” and made us feel so welcome! I am in love with my cut and my daughters icy blonde came out better than if Brad Mondo himself did it. Will definitely be back!
