The owner is amazing and all the computers I have purchased from him have been great. We go to him when we need things fixed and to get computers build. Way better than the cold big box stores. Definitely customer friendly even if your computer knowledge is a bit behind... He'll always point me in the best direction for my families computer needs.

Owner is great! Dropped off my laptop that I hadn't used in 3 years and got it back by end of day. Installed new anti-virus, more memory and fixed up the glitches. It now runs better and I never have to worry about viruses. He was knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. Will be my go to for computer advice and problems from now on.

My son used the services here three years ago. My computer recently gave me a warning it needed to be repaired. Son recommended Trojan Computers and I am not disappointed in any way. The repair person went above and beyond helping me and at a decent price to boot. Will always go back!

I have known Carrey for about 4 years. I bought my desktop from him at that time. I was in there today for an issue with what I and Dell thought was a Bluetooth issue. I spoke to Carrey and brought my tower in. In a few minutes of opening the box he noted that this did not have a built in WIFI/Bluetooth Driver. Anyway Carrey recognized the issue almost immediately and corrected it.

I don't review anything. Carry puts in that extra effort, which is the only reason I'm writing a review. Trojan Computers are extremely high quality, clean and built the way you request (if doing a custom build). I've recommended Trojan Computers to a friend and two family members, none of us have had any issues. I could go on about the many times and examples they have helped me and went the extra mile but I think everyone should just stop in and see for themselfs.

I would give Trojan Computers 10 stars if I could. Carrey Is very nice, very knowledgeable, always communicates, and a honest person. He doesn’t try to sell you something that you don’t need. He ended up building me a new powerful gaming PC for my son and he also fixed my old gaming pc for a very good price. I finally found me a computer shop that I can trust and I will definitely be going back to Trojan Computers in the future.

Had a great experience! I’d had issues with my cpu overheating and had it replaced and my cooling fan last year and it was happening again. Carrey put in multiple fans, came up with a better plan for my system. Installed a couple programs for me to track my pc’s health without me even asking. Walked me through the programs. Overall great work & customer service. He did this for the same price I’d had one fan replaced last year!

Grabbed my first gaming pc from here and he walked me threw everything I needed to know about pc gaming, streaming and recording he has some of the best pc builds around with high end parts I would suggest before going to Best Buy or micro center take time out your day to stop here first he has everything you need here for a great price!

Wish I could give Trojan computers 10 stars. I took my laptop in for some issues and Carrey was in communication with me from the start with options for fixing it. Very reasonable pricing and I had my computer back the next day. Will definitely be using Trojan computers again.

I dont usually do reviews, however, I review this business. I was a bit skeptical at first when I came here. That was until we talked a lil bit and discussed a few things. I was able to get a feel for how knowledgeable Carrey is. I even learned a few things from the talks we had. I purchased a custom pc for my wife. The quality is amazing and she loves it. On top of all that, Carrey is all about customer satisfaction. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good quality service is hard to come by these days. I am glad that I walked through those doors.

A few days before Christmas I decided to buy my son a PC, and I was completely lost and unsure of where to go. I stumbled upon this shop and Carrey was like a dream come true. He went above and beyond for me, offered over the top guidance and he was just an overall real, sincere, honest, human being. I am so thankful for him, I can't even put it into words. My son had the BEST Christmas, and I truly believe it's because of Carrey. Unbelievably satisfied. Stores like these you won’t find very often. I came in hoping to find a dream gaming rig and left with it 3 days later. Genuine staff, amazing insight and knowledge on the current tech market, hard working and extremely friendly. Best part is the honesty and integrity they carry themselves and their store with. They even tricked out my rig with beautiful synced colors and color strips at no extra charge. I was truly thankful to be given all my options and got to pick what best suited me all the while knowing I was beating current online prices for the components for my rig.They also gave me a lifetime antivirus (military grade), Microsoft office, Windows 10, video/photo editing software and more! Very kind man named Carrey working here who looked at my PC. I don't know anything about building computers, so I bought it from XIDAX, and it quit on me after only around four months.
Turns out it had a faulty power supply. They ripped me off terribly on the price, too, and I only know this because he went above and beyond to help me figure out what was going on with it and showed me pictures of each piece available on other websites.
He got back to me about all of this quickly, too. I highly recommend bringing your computer here.

My 5 year old laptop was making some strange noises and a knocking sound. Initially made a mess up with them by asking silly questions over the phone, but Carrie (think that was his name) was patient and took the time to explain why he wasn’t able to answer the questions without seeing the laptop first. We took it into the shop and as soon as he turned it on and he heard the sound, he knew what the problem was. Gave us a quote and an estimated time of the next day to complete the repair but we got a text only a couple of hours later to say it was done! Again he was really patient but thorough with the explanation on what was done and things to do to maintain it for as long as possible. Stuck to the original quote and only made additional purchase suggestions he thought we genuinely needed.

I’m from the UK, with plans to move here in the next year or so, will definitely be coming back for my future pc needs. I’d give 10/10 if I could

Awesome costumer service, can tell he really knows computers. I took my PC in and he made it so much better. Highly recommend! Prices are very good. If you are within an hour use Trojan Electronix. The owner is also very good at explaining things in a more simple way.
