Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Louis Pontoon Beach/Granite City, IL

My husband booked this location last minute for a tournament at O’Fallon. I called and Michelle easily changed to two queens because we needed more beds. Michelle was incredibly kind and accommodating.
Once we got here, Keisha made us feel at home. I had a ton of sweaty laundry, she made sure I had enough quarters, then she reminded me to move it to the dryer. Meanwhile, I heard her check on every traveler that she had met previously and then welcome those who had just arrived.
This location is an over night stop or you’re in town for an event, but the customer service is excellent and the rooms are very clean.

I love the smell of new carpet and flooring, this place was such a gem to find. Nicely and tastefully remodeled, good size rooms, comfortable beds, good hot breakfast (real eggs). My ONLY suggestion is to add a selection of beers to buy in the lobby store, else it is a perfect place to stay.

For East St. Louis, they’ve done a great job and providing a safe-feel and cleanliness of most everything. My room wasn’t the best experience, but it was one night, one room.

Great stay! I spent 10 nights in this hotel and will stay there when I return someday! Room was clean and comfortable, and if I could give the front desk more than 5 stars, I would! Michelle and Lexi were the BEST! Soooo sweet, always smiling, and were helpful as well. The others at the front desk were also great.

This location is quiet and clean. There is a huge pool and hot tub, and a gym that is open 24 hours! Have not had a chance to check out the breakfast yet, but I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling. Their is a gas station within 25 yards as well as a McDonald's and a Taco Bell within walking distance. The desk rep (Amber) that checked me inn at 3:02am CST, was quick and very professional. She explained all the amenities will putting my information into the computer. Again staying at multiple hotels, I also read reviews, as of 12 June 2023 I would highly recommend this location to any of my friends and family who may be traveling through the St. Louis area.

Just reserved a room, picking up a vehicle close by. Michelle answered the phone for my reservation and she has amazing customer service. Was way nice, spoke to me way kindly, and made me feel like I was being taken care of for sure. Her attitude alone is worth making a reservation with this place. Hope the hotel knows how awesome she is.

Incredible stay at this new Marriott Fairfield Inn reasonably priced providing beautiful rooms with great breakfast and friendly staff.

After a fiasco with another Fairfield Inn location, Andy (manager) was contacted by the other hotel's manager after profusely and repeatedly pleading for her to try to reach the Pontoon Beach location. He provided me the assistance that I and my kids needed, and went above and beyond what we could have asked for. The hotel is very clean, smells amazing, and the rooms are wonderful - the beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, didn't look dated, and room was spacious. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The sugar waffle was a big hit for my kids.

This is the cleanest Fairfield I've been in, in quite awhile. The breakfast was plentiful both weekend days we were there. We did run into a problem with our A/C, in that it leaked everywhere on to the room floor. We did tell the front desk when we left and they said they would address it. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Very welcoming staff upon arrival. First impression was Very clean hotel. Thru check in and upon arrival at my room my experience here left me with wanting to come back. I look forward to staying here again.

My family and I have stayed here several times while in town visiting family. Rooms are always clean and the employees are friendly. Breakfast is always good.

Not much to say overall great experience from staff and cleanliness. Very comfortable room and bed. Would definitely go back to this location again.

We were able to use our member points to have a free night while we were traveling. The room was very clean, the shower was spotless with great pressure and heat. The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was easy to control. My husband was able to watch sports and I was able to sleep through the night without interruption. Breakfast was very good as well. Wonderful experience.

My go to hotel when I come to I'll. Been here 4 times now and will continue to use.

This is a nice, clean hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. We stayed 4 nights with our family and took advantage of the free breakfast every morning. There is a good variety of food at the breakfast and Amber was a wonderful host. She even baked some cookies for my girls one day, which I thought was extremely thoughtful. The pool and hot tub are enjoyable, but FYI it is a small facility.

What an excellent property! The first impressions my wife and I got were how clean and well keep up the hotel was. The amenities are very nice and include a pool, workout facility, and more. We had a terrible thunderstorm the night we checked in and it caused severe leaks in our window. Within 15 minutes of informing the front desk, we we're already moved to a new room and settled. That is what I call personal attention! I highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a great location to stay while visiting the greater St Louis area.

Bedding and the actual beds were both extremely comfortable. Room was clean and furnishings were top notch. Very hospitable evening front desk person and easy check in, we phoned ahead to say we would be in late and the process was smooth and seamless. Great breakfast and easily accessible Hotel entrance from interstate. Great experience!

Very clean room. Nice hot tub. Kinda loud with kids in the pool. But that's expected. Friendly staff, especially Patti that works overnights. She treated us like family, very welcoming. Will definitely come back next time we need a getaway. (Just stayed to get away from the house for a day)
