Sharonda is really personal, caring, and accommodating. She offers a variety of services and listens to your needs. She really cares about her patients and their holistic well-being. She referred me to some other local businesses that do bodywork to create a “team” that will solve my issues. She is firmly convicted in her beliefs that people are deserving of love and respect. She is practical, honest, and loving like a mother.

I’ve lived for decades with intermittent joint pain but regular trips to Sharonda keep my body at peace. When my body is at peace my mind has a better chance of being at peace. She is truly a gifted body worker.

I have never had a better massage than at CHC! The owner is a gifted healer who cares about her clients and our bodies. She's discerning about what bodies she works with, which makes the experience extra special. Highly recommend!

First, I want to share that this time of listening to my body and giving it what it needed was years overdue. In addition, Sharonda was absolutely called to this work. It was not only a massaging of tender areas on my overstressed muscles but also a space was created for me to re-connect with my own body and safely tune-in. That part was amazing and she gives homework that you did not know you needed, fyi.

Sharonda has an intuitive and healing touch. She knows exactly what to do to get your body feeling like it’s best self! I loved experiencing her skill, she used the perfect amount of pressure and made me feel comfortable to communicate my needs with her! I will definitely be back again & again. 10/10 would recommend

I was gifted this wonderful experience. I did not know what to expect, as I hadn't had a massage before. I barely have the words to express how wonderful this experience was!!
