Everything was phenomenal. Mr. Ayler was fantastic. He was professional, courteous, kind, empathetic and sympathetic. He truly made the transition of my father bearable. Everything was not only completed expeditiously but also exquisitely!! My father was beautiful, looked peaceful, tranquil and breathtaking.

Swanson on west 6 mile prepared my Father ( Mr James Underwood) for his service. If the scale is 1-10 I would absolutely have to rate Swanson a 12. The professional way they prepared my Father for his viewing made a sad situation a little easier. Thank you Swanson family and staff for your great service.

I would like to thank the Swanson Family for the excellent services that they've delivered to our family in our hour of grieving. Ms. Kim comforted us in one of the most difficult moments in our life and I want to say thank you to her and her staff. They did an excellent job on my Dad.

Exceptional service provided by them with the service, preparation, and burial of my grandfather. They accommodated all of our requests, especially the ones by my grandmother, mom, and uncle. But the one major thing that they honored is closing the casket at the end of the service/before the eulogy. They were courteous, professional, and punctual. I was really impressed and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
