We came in for a late drink and ordered food.
The onion soup was wonderful, and the shrimp cocktail was perfect! Great service and piano singer topped the evening off .

This gem has been here for 40 years and it is amazing. The beef tenderloin medallions were amazing. Perfectly cooked and tender. The lamb chops were equally as delicious! Great for a date night. Come check it out.

It's been a number of years since I've dined at Perdino's. Don't live on the island anymore but visit on occasion for some reason or another. Have found myself dining here from time to time over the last 28 years, since I was about 20 yrs old. As far as the food.. there is no question about that. It is always excellent. I am a food snob who loves her own cooking so tough to please when dining out. I have low tolerance for poor service as well. No issue here. The service was again superior, as always. I can recall when Perry was having the restaurant proudly remodeled back in 1990 or 91. It was so "updated" back then! When I walked in yesterday, with my l daughter for dinner, It was certainly pleasing to see that not one thing had changed since my last visit. I get it.. some folks are more into a more hipster style for dining. But for us gen x'ers, so very much has changed drastically during our lifetime, that it's a sight for sore eyes to see something that hasn't changed a bit. Thanks Perry!

I've had nearly every meal on the menu and love them all. Great pasta, steaks and seafood. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond to make your experience the best. Great place to hit on busy nights when it's hard to get tables elsewhere. Since the dining room is so large and they are in a small town that most people forget even exists you'll rarely wait to be seated. Been going here for over 15 years and can't say enough good about it.

This was our first visit to Grosse Ile in 20 years and had a great dinner at Perdino's which is a locally owned and operated fine dining restaurant. The owner greeted us and helped to make the visit memorable.

We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary here. When Mr. Perdino was informed he came and congratulated us and went over the menu with us. He also cooked our meal! Our waitress, Ms. Dianna, is one of the best you'll ever have to serve you. We requested if my wife could play for me, on their grand piano, a selection as she did on our wedding day.
She did and the other guests were so happy to have joined in. Also, this is one of the few restaurants you don't need to bring a sweater. The temperature was very comfortable. Oh, lest I forget, the food was excellent. Do try the surf & turf.

What a hidden gem on grosse ile. Great ambiance and the food is perfectly prepared. We had the filet mignon and lamb shank. Both were spectacular, and to top it off a live piano player. 5 star in my book.

When you first visit Perdino's, it doesn't look like anything special - just an old-time restaurant you imagine you grandparents visiting after church on Sunday or for Brunch on Easter. But you HAVE to try the food. The Chicken Perdino is fantastic. We had great service on our visit, especially considering we brought a group of thirty! Check it out!

Best. Steak. of. my. Life!
You have to go over a very adventurous looking bridge and pay a toll, it's 100% worth it. Wheb you get to the restaurant, you'll probably question entering. There are no windows, you cannot see inside. You open the door to a beautiful grand piano, hardwood bar, and beautiful white table cloth settings.
I ordered the French Onion soup, delicious, hot, rich, everything you want it to be. The House Salad Dressing is balanced and flavorful. The Filet Mignon was remenecent of butter served in a bit of au jus with seared mushrooms. I didn't have enough room for the dessert, but I can imagine it's excellent. Take a chance on this place. The service was fabulous, the owner is very involved, very welcoming, the wait staff was so friendly and accomodating, even the locals were kind and welcoming. Walk into the dark wooden door, you will not be disappointed, we happened upon an absolute gem.

Perdinos filet is one of the best filets I have ever had. Especially considering the price - I've had way more expensive filets that are much less tender and great than the one at perdinos. I also love their French onion soup - it's the perfect balance of salty and cheesy.

Amazing food. Chicken Perdino was better than any Picatta I ever tasted. Rare delicasies on the menu. I mean short, of MasterChef where would you even hear of calves sweetbreads? The answer, is on this gem on Grosse Ile. Owner Perry was such an amazing host. Made me feel like family on my first time in. And Frank, well he's the cat's pajamas. Would go in just to have him as a server. Almond Coconut torte recommended by Frank finished our dining experience like a dream. Will go back for sure and recommend to many. Will cherish my first time in for years to come.

Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive without being overly so. Owner stopped at the table to say hello. It was wonderfully Old Country. I can't wait to go back.
