Ivan, my service advisor was AMAZING!!! He got me to smile at 7:30am with no caffeine and that was a miracle. Ivan kept me informed of my vehicle status, and arranged my shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were both very pleasant. After dropping off my car the shuttle driver asked if I needed to stop anywhere before he dropped me at home. That was so nice and I appreciated his offer. Great service all around and it was fast. I got my car back same day. A huge Thanks to the entire service department!!!
