I'm a seasoned real estate buyer/seller and I do not recommend representation from Lonnie Ness. I worked with Lonnie to represent me on a property that he said was sold and I requested that he cancel our representation agreement. He has refused to do so. That should be all you need to know.

Recent response from Lonnie suggests that rep agreements can't be broken, this is not the case. He also suggest that Legal counsel stated that this is not the format to get out of a rep agreement. We never consulted legal counsel, this is an attempt to make it look like we did.

No hard feelings, just be careful.

Lonnie sold a house to my daughter that was collapsing in. A pipe is literally holding up the house. Hmm I wonder if he knew. If I were looking for a realtor I'd pass on Lonnie. Beware if you are buying a house he is listing.
