Came into the store today with a tech problem on my Samsung phone. We were greeted quickly & someone was available within just a few minutes.

The rep was kind and attentive. He listened to our problem and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was positive. funny & laid back, which made the whole interaction far more enjoyable.

Within a few minutes, we were on the road. I want to say thank you to the AV Retail team.

There is no better experience I've had in my entire life when it comes to the quality of service provider here. Jerad was rock solid on the sales side of this. Dawn, home assisted me with a number Port this past week. Went above-and-beyond especially when she knew there was no sales potential from when I walked up to her station. But I got to give the biggest shutout today the store manager, Dave. Well done sir. keep in mind Iran a store in Wireless for 8 years as a manager and worked in that industry for 12 years so it would be the best experience ever is an extremely huge statement for me and my opinion.top to bottom in store spotless his team was on it nothing but genuine and I couldn't recommend a better place plus they do repairs and if you don't get Sprint complete on your phone and get a $29 replacement screen like I did for my note 8 on the first day I got it from the store and they had to repair the next day then you are a fool because there is no better service offered in any another store-front location .

My whole family of 6 adults came into the store half an hour before closing time on a weeknight—3 of us needed new SIM cards, and 2 of needed new phones. Ken & Ahmed stayed 35 minutes after closing time to help us out & explain everything clearly. They were very kind, helpful, & didn’t rush us out the door. Somebody bring these guys some coffee & donuts! If 6 stars was an option, I’d give it!

After being with my previous carrier for over a decade, I never thought I would switch to Sprint. But Sprint made it easy to get out of my phone lease with my previous carrier and get a plan that offers so much more for so much less! My experience at this Sprint store would not have been the same without Mike, the Assistant Store Manager. He is so patient, helpful, and fun. Going into it, I felt very uncertain of switching. But Mike made the whole process comfortable, non-pressured, and straightforward. I am very much looking forward to going back to this location if I ever need anything in the future. Great experience! No complaints whatsoever!

Customer service was great! Repair tech explained the repair to great detail, and as a technician myself for a different industry it was really appreciated. Sprint has come a long ways to improving their customer service experience which in the past failed to meet all expectations. Good work and hats off to the local AV team.

I had my phone for about a year and a half and it started acting up. I brought it to Best Buy mobile and they told me I needed a new one = $120 buy out fee and $31/month. Then my Sim card stopped working so I went into the Sprint store to get a new one (free). I went in and they replaced my SIM card but my phone still wasn't working so they told me they would do a free diagnosis. I left my phone there for about an hour. When I came back they had fixed my phone (at no extra cost) and were super helpful in answering all my questions. I'm thrilled to have a perfectly working phone again and I was very surprised when they didn't charge me or try to upsell me. I would definitely recommend stopping in if your having issues and overall I've been happy with Sprint.

Friendly and Knowledgeable team Samuel did a great job transferring all my info and helping me set up my new Iphone. I also have to make a special shout out to Stephanie for being able to handle Rude and Outspoken customers in a professional manner way to go! Overall I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend people to stop by their store.

Apple Valley Sprint store is my number one stop for my sprint service needs. No matter who is working or what time of day it is, everyone is always very nice and attentive to greeting you and helping with whatever my needs may be. Also the fact that they have a tech department at that location is great. I used to bring my phone in for repairs or diagnosis to that tech dept. and they always were very quick and thorough at doing so. I have been using Sprint for about 7 years and going to the same location and I would recommend Apple Valley Sprint to anyone over any other location I have visited. Full service location, broad spectrum of products and accessories, and great customer service. I will keep going there!!

I came here with my broken phone and a minute I walked into this store had me really impressed with clean, bright and number of staff!! I normally wait for at least 30 mins to be helped @ my store....
anyway I was expecting 10days to get my phone back because they don't have a parts or any other problems BUT they did very nice job on it within an hour!! All of staff are so knowledgeful helpful and very professional. their kind and honest customer service made me very comfortable and it definitely is THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT RETAIL STORE!!!!

I happened to stop into the Sprint store located in Apple Valley. I’ve been debating on switching providers for quite some time now. I was assisted by a man named Elijah who welcomed me into my transition of coming on board with Sprint. If they have employees like the gentleman who helped me, I encourage everyone who does not have Sprint as a provider to make the switch! I’m very happy I did!

The staff (Jared) and tech at Apple Valley Sprint store help transfer information from one phone to a used iPhone. They did a great job. The date transfer and updates installed took almost 90 minutes. The store was very busy but they did a the work needed. All this at the cost of, zero. Thanks.

Just left your store. Very satisfied with the tutorial that I got from AHMED. He took the time & displayed excellent patience when I asked various questions, even took a trip 2 my car 2 show me how 2 connect 2 Bluetooth. Gave me contact info # store 2 get furture inquiries. ATTA A BOY with A

April was amazing. I walked in, told her my problem and she had my phone fixed in 10 minutes! Highly recommend and was told they are one of the only corporate stores, most are privately owned so you know they represent Sprint and not the owner!!

Terrible service. Went in to look for antenna and the mifi device is sprint, 3 people try and help all say I'm not sure or look on Google I can't tell you what type of antenna to buy. I've purchased 3 different ones on Amazon prior to coming here. I figured the experts or lack of at this store could guide me. Apparently not. Still in need of an antenna. If corporate could point me in the direction I'd be sure to purchase something.

Sad they lost a sale I was willing to spend a few $$$ to get this antenna for my mom.

She's not very tech savvy so having her come in would not be helpful.

Sprint is not helpful I guess. Don't use this service or their location. What happened to customer service? Non existent??

They are really helpful and understanding. My son is autistic and with his sensory issues unable to wear a mask. The manager had his employees come outside and help us. Thank you 🙏🏼 Omarion has been my sales rep and this guy is GOOD!! 5stars

Dawn was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our experience at Sprint was as painless as possible! The staff dealt with an angry customer very calmly and tried to make everyone else in the store comfortable. Thank you Sprint!

Even though I live closer to the West St. Paul store, I make the trip to Apple Valley to work with the staff at this location. They are very helpful with technical issues as they have a very experienced technical department and the sales representatives are almost always spot on. Last time I was at the store to do an upgrade it took me all of about 10 minutes to get in and out of there. It can be very busy but they are good at managing the crowds, try to avoid the post work hours of about 5:00-7:00 pm just because EVERYONE shows up at that time.

Legit customer service. My HTC M8 started having some connectivity issues so I knew this was the store i needed to go to. Went in over lunch to drop it off and to let them know what was going on. Waited maybe 5 minutes, talked to a representative (less than 2 minutes), and advised that I would come back after work. Stopped in after work to see what was the story and they straight up said "we are terribly sorry but we cannot solve this issue, we have already placed an order for the new M9, and it will be here in 2 days." The tech that explained this to me was genuinely remorseful that he could not solve the issue and felt bad that my only color option was gun metal. Truly a trouble free visit for a guy who consistently pays his bill late.

I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with customer support only to be hung up on. I went into the Apple Valley West store and worked with Corie S. She was fabulous and took the time to fix the issue I was having. I highly suggest this location!
