Sheldon Medical Supply has been just fantastic. Provided me with my CPAP machine, which has been working great for a few weeks. I called today with an air leak issue to my Sheldon representative, Fred, and he provided me where to look and it's fixed. Thank you Fred and Sheldon Medical Products.

Great customer service, prompt delivery. Even if there's a small hiccup it gets fixed quickly. I've worked with many other companies and by far Sheldon Medical is the best. Paul has helped tremendously with anything needed. 5 star for sure!

Always quickly helped and the staff have been wonderful. Much faster than other medical supply stores I have visited!

Horrible, I was told everything was covered under my insurance and now I have a bill. At first I was told the amount due was a rental fee, I argued that and now they refer to it as a co-pay. I feel like these charges are excessive considering what they have already collected from our insurance.

PATIENT BEWARE!!

My husband had a new mask for his breathing machine ordered 8/4/2020 to replace his initial as he couldn't use the first one due to design. Hes had several calls between SMS and his doctors office to find out where the mask is as its now 8/19/2020. SMS told him the pkg was sent via USPS, heres the tracking number, its up to you to figure it out with them. He asked to speak with a supervisor, she was adamant that they were NOT going to send a new mask, USPS claims to have delivered said pkg on 8/14 but couldn't deliver it so they sent it back to their distribution center in Detroit. I was livid at this point, I asked my husband for the phone and went off on the supervisor, probably shouldn't have yelled so much, but she really could care less whether or not he gets his mask, she said we have to sort it out with USPS and that it hasn't been sufficient amount of time yet and she wasn't going to send a new one. When I asked what the sufficient amount of time that needed to pass was, she went back to we had to work it out with USPS, they can't send another because its not deliverable to our home. The mail carrier is a friend of ours, she delivers between 11am-1200 M-S like clockwork. USPS website shows delivery attempted at 247pm when I track the package. The pkg doesn't require signature, USPS, UPS, FedEx, they all deliver to our front porch weekly. I believe this to be an error with USPS. I can't just go to the distribution center and pick it up, I asked if we could come to their location and get a new one, she said they were not open to the public. My husband asked if one of the SMS vans we see drive by weekly could drop one off, she said they cant send a van because our house it not deliverable and that we have to sort it out with USPS. I said that it was bullsh!t (1st and only swear word during the entire conversation) and she said she was going to hang up if I continue to swear. I was beside myself at this point, my husbands health is being affected because of this nonsense. USPS is upside down right now, theres a pandemic, the election, please just send a new mask! I asked to speak with her manager, she wasn't in, ok please have her call my husband tomorrow. She replied with you need to work this out with USPS, please have your manager call. She said again that she wasn't in. I whispered into the phone, please have your manager call my husband tomorrow. I left it as ok I"ll call USPS and then I'll call you back. Now we get to fight with our insurance provider to find a different medical supply place, may have to find a new doctor if they dont have anyone else. It just continues.

If you want someone calling you all the time and if you don’t return their calls they just keep hounding you and then with everything else in the world that’s going on, your not thrilled to get another call you’re not overly friendly and you have the person from Sheldon going off on you about how rude you are to them when they were the one who called me for the umpteenth time since November. If I haven’t called back don’t you think I don’t want your calls.. So they should get some employees who know how to handle their phones and just keep they’re mouths shut and realize this is my phone you’re calling I didn’t ask for your smart mouth..

uncaring for sure. called had a problem with my machines humidity and heat, asked for a rental on a friday, was told doc had to send new script even though i said id pay for a rental, i wasnt at that point worried about it being paid for by insurance i just needed something for the weekend. Was told I'd get a call back Friday in regards to a rental. Never got a call. I had to call them Monday after speaking to my doc he called in script renewal. I had to call them and they said they didnt get it the script renewal which the did i had just hung up with doctor. Said theyd look into it call me back. hours went by and nothing. i called them again and was told again id get a call back. i HAD TO CALL THEM BACK ON TUES. Mind you I have gone all this time 5 days with no machine and they know this. THEY DO NOT CARE. getting supplies for about 3 years with them...time for a change

Sheldon is the most awful and rude medical supply I have ever dealt with. I tried to get a lift recliner from them. They said my insurance would only pay for the mechanical part of the chair (that is a lie), and that I would have to pay for the whole chair before they ordered it, and then when the insurance paid them they would reimburse my money. If I had the money to put down on this I wouldn't need my insurance. I have tried to get gauze bandages for my legs for 2 months now, have not even received anything from them, not even a phone call about the matter.

Called for cpap supplies and asked if it was covered by Medicare 100%. They said yes! Just received bill for $168. Do not I repeat do not use this company! Very very unscrupulous.

I have severe sleep apnea And due to the fact that I have one of the Phillips machines that have been recalled they do not want to deal with me they said there was nothing they could do my insurance would not pay for another machine but they never even tried to get a precert from that insurance company rude and offer no alternatives
If you care about your health stay clear of this place!!!!

Very disappointed with Sheldon Medical Supply, their customer service is as terrible as Lincare.

Dishonest, unwilling to assist patients, avoid doing business with them at all costs. They are nice at beginning with all kinds of promises but beware!
