Firehouse Subs West Rd at Allen

I need to give a special shout out to Alana. She is just awesome. All the staff members are great to be honest but Alana always seems to be going the extra mile to say hi and she is always friendly and usually the one to make my sub and it’s always made right, made well, and delicious!!!!

The Flavor on the Italian sub is amazing. I don’t know what it is that makes it so great but it is better than subway or other places imo. By a long shot too. I am actually kind of addicted to it at the moment!!!

First time. The inside looks awesome. The menu was easy and the selection was great. The price is fair considering all the other places claiming to be a sub shop. This place has taste and i couldn't finish the large. Not in one sitting that is. The best part, proceeds go toward helping these firefighters stay safe. Which in turn keeps you and I safe. This is a win, win.

I love the bread they use for their subs.

Delicious subs and the salads are pretty good. The only thing I didn't care for in the salad was, they use shredded lettuce. But it was good as long as you ate it when you get home. It doesn't stay fresh if you want to save it for the next day.

My son had the ham and cheese and I had the beef brisket, both were delicious 😋. I ordered online and drove there to pick it up. The young lady at the drive through window was very nice and helpful answering my questions about picking the food up during COVID.

Our sandwiches were especially good tonight! Install their app and get free subs. 😋

The food was delicious. The staff was very nice. They were clearly understaffed but did an amazing job. I was in from out of town. Thanks for making it pleasurable.

Great quality food for a good price! A little over priced but the xtra goes for a good cause, local first responders, so I don't mind paying more! You can build your own sub or you can pick one off the menu, also choose your own toppings and different variety of hot sauces in different levels from mild to xtra hot. You can actually taste the stuff on the sub bun and not just bread, their salads are excellent as well!

First time ever trying Firehouse Subs today and hands down BEST subs ever!! Had a meatball sub for lunch.. loved it... so much so that for dinner we went back and I had the steak and cheese.. AGAIN AMAZING!!!

I have never had their food,, but whenever I have picked up lunch for work crews they always requested Firehouse subs. Orders have ALWAYS been correct.

I have been to this location quite a few times and the quality of the food and service is outstanding! I ordered the beef n cheddar brisket and it was the best sub I have ever tasted....no kidding!! Employees at this store are always smiling helpful and friendly!

Great subs made any way you want them! And wonderful chili! We went today ordered 2 subs & Great chili with meat beans good protien, not cheap greasy sugar catsup chili, so many hot sauces becareful! they were great with everything we asked for wonderful friendly staff, very clean place! Many resturaunt in area are not.

This is such a good Firehouse. I love it so much. There’s a woman there with a tattoo sleeve who often works the window—she’s so dang sweet and makes me smile every time I visit. The food is always delicious too. Plus, recently the official Firehouse app had messed up one of my orders (not the fault of the restaurant whatsoever), and the owner Joe offered to make up for the app’s error anyway. You just can’t beat the level of customer service and quality of food here. It’s my favorite sub place in Southeastern Michigan, and even though I left Downriver for Detroit years ago, I’ll drive the 20 minutes to get a sub from this specific location.

This was my first visit to a Firehouse Subs and I was not dissapointed. We ordered a Turkey baccon club customized and a Steak and cheese, both sandwichs came out great looking and accurate. The restaurants itself was clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely return to this location.

The first time i went to eat here my order was wrong. The manager i spoke to was awsome she remade my sub her self and has remembered me ever since. I dont no her name but she is a small girl with short hair... The staff is always friendly always talkative with me and my family and i love to go there for lunch. And i must say the batbrooms are wonderfully clean unlike other place i have gone to...

Bought a sub. The girl behind the register helped me figure out what to get. Very helpful and very nice. I will be back. Good food also.

Hands down my favorite Sub Shop! Great food and an excellent price! Great Service. Brandon is always the most polite worker and hardest worker! He should run that place!
