I love this branch of the Bank of Ann Arbor. It has great people servicing the members of the bank and the community! I drive out of my way to use this branch because I know everything will be taken care of quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

Bank of Ann Arbor does so much above and beyond what a bank is expected to do. Always friendly, patient with problems and questions, contacting me personally when an account is overdrawn, mercifully waiving fees. In every exchange I feel like I am dealing with a real human being; like a good neighbor, who seems genuinely happy to help.

The branches are clean and attractively laid out, even down to the little touches like locally-sourced coffee, granny smith apples, and treats for my kid (always offering it to me first).

Not to mention how much they support the arts in our local community which, as an artist, means the world to me. I love banking at a place that is so invested in the heart of Ann Arbor.

This is a bank that works in a bullet proof manner. I’ve checked around I know my funds are safe just because of the old proven characteristics they still carry today.

ATM always seems to be broken…

Convenient ATM

I have been banking here for 22 years. I opened an account here when I was just a kid. Whoever the older woman is working at the location on Challis in Brighton needs to work on greeting loyal customers. Not very polite.

This bank is absolutely awful. They took over First national and it's literally a running joke in my family that we can tell who worked for First National(amazing service) and who came in from boaa(rude). Their customer service is atrocious. It's like they purposely try to make your life difficult. They have no idea what they are doing. The merger seems to be an absolute hot mess. I've never had any issues with my bank until they took over. Suddenly it's constant issues. Seriously thinking of going to a different bank.

This bank is absolute trash and I've only been apart of it for 12+ hours. I have banked with 1st national for 10+ years and was unaware of the merger. Now it's merger weekend and I cant access my money and all branches and customer service phone #'s are closed. Real smart to plan a merger when no one can help. You can't cut people off to their money like this. Seems like this bank cared more about their new fancy signs than making a smooth transition for their customers. I will be changing banks immediately.
