This is on the court side of things. These judges should not be allowed to sit on the bench unless they're familiar with law because the judge in the village of JC is unfamiliar with the laws. But because the plaintiff's lawyers are always friends with the court staff no matter who the defendant is or what kind of evidence they have they'll lose. My landlord harasses me sends me threatening text messages and is let my apartment go to waste. With all the evidence I have none of it matters and the court doesn't want to hear anything anybody has to say they're always going to side with the plaintiff. It's a joke. Ridiculous that me and my children have to be put in the street because my landlord is negligent and the court is unfamiliar with the law. The courts in New York state always side with the slumlord and never with the tenant, and no matter who the tenant is they deserve a respectable, clean, working order apartment to live in due to the amazing amount of rent to people have to pay during these times.
