I arrived fifteen minutes before my Brainerd Great Clips opened. Three other customers were waiting outside the door. We know how to beat the crowds. I don't mind early Saturdays because Sandy is usually ready for me when the doors open. She's been cutting my hair for years. Great haircuts at reasonable prices. Perfect for a busy author. The best part is that I get the cut I want, not a wild chop job. Thanks Sandy! See you in 2024!

I had Lisa from the Brainerd. She is my favorite. She does the perfect haircut ever. Been looking for a professional beautician and I finally found her.

Both me and my son got cuts. I had to bargain with him to get a cut that day and thanks to the lovely staff he now enjoys hair cuts. My stylist was awesome as well. So lively and made getting a trim an experience instead of a chore. Will be back!

my sister got her hair done here, and the service was great. we came in close to closing time, and they were so nice about it. and they still gave us great service, she also got her hair done just the way she wanted. shoutout to lisa for doing it, she did a wonderful job!

They always do a good job, and if you're not happy with the way it looks, don't be afraid to let them know. They will make it what you want with no questions or extra charges! Great with kids also!!!

I've been going to great clips for at least 8 years maybe longer. Don't keep track. Service is great prices are good. They give a Vets and old farts discount. Have handicap parking in front and handicap access. Great place!

I have 3 hair stylists I use this time Dorita was there and as normal she was so personable and good haircut. Everyone who works there are super, I've been going to this store for years and have not thought of going anywhere else . Thanks girls

Really, I have been going to Great Clips for so many many years. I have been to the fancy pantcy salons and the service from those are to strange for my liking. Easy, walk in or online registration. Love it.

This salon is very popular, and it is often difficult to schedule a cut. Both stylists I have tried have given good cuts and great customer service.

Loved my hair cut. Wait time is ridiculous, but understandable after being closed for 2 and a half months. Love my hair stylist.❤❤❤❤❤

Busy place. Utilize online check in so you can walk in and get a cut. Don't expect a quick cut trying to walk in without going online first.
