AT&T Store

Absolutely great customer service. We had some hiccups with Verizon trying to switch over to at&t and corrine and mariann were more then happy to help, and not only help but go above and beyond for us. They have my business and always will!!!

Corrine was awesome! She got a plan at a better rate than I was expecting. We always get awesome service in Fremont, it’s the store to go to for any cell needs! Great customer service.

My family and I went in tonight yo upgrade my husbands phone. Corrine was super helpful from picking out the phone to get all information on to the new phone all with two toddlers and a baby adding to the mix. We even got me a tablet at the end! She was amazing helping three people at once when we were finishing up!

Buck is a pretty awesome guy helped me get the best internet deal possible! Thanks again Buck!! Side note the store is clean and the workers are friendly and helpful and they will work to get you the best deals!

Maryann at the Fremont, MI, store was most helpful resolving a problem we were having with our business account. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to take care of the issue we were having. Thank you again Maryann!

Kind, friendly, judgement free zone. 10/10 the best AT&T shop I’ve been in. They are quick and straight to the point.

Dakota was one of the most helpful sales guys i have ever met. he was very kind and understanding, and helped my husband and I with our phone issue when no one else would. Definitely recommend this store and the people in it! 10/10. Give this man a raise now.

I'm only rating a 5 because Mariann killed it lol. Ran the whole shop by herself while they were busy. Had like 6 ppl waiting to be seen and she worked with the customers as quickly and thoroughly as she could while acknowledging she'd get to whoever was next asap. Got me hooked up quick without cuttin corners. Chick deserves a raise for sure lol.

The people who work here have ALWAYS been extremely professional and nice! Hard to find a customer service worker who doesn’t have a chip on their shoulder. Really impressive.

In town for work from over an hour away and this store was awesome! Helped me with my account issue and got me back on track. Couldn't have done it without you.

This store always provides good service. But, keep in mind their hours on Google are wrong. They close at 6pm. I just drove there to find this out.

The Fremont Att store is very clean and Corrine is an awesome manager she answers every question to the best of her ability I would recommend that store to anyone.

I exchanged a phone not liking the new one and they were very helpful on getting everything switched and new order in.
