Steak 'n Shake

We have ordered from here several times and I love how pleasant and understanding they are for special requests. Vivian and Haley (hope I spelled their names correctly) are the ones who usually make my order and they are just the sweetest young ladies. I highly recommend ordering from here. Their steak burgers are very good and made fresh while you can watch them cook.

I’m Canadian and I love steak and shake! Clean, friendly staff, yummy greasy food and the BEST shakes. Chocolate peanut butter cup is my new favourite.

Now that the dining area is open my daughter and I had to check it out. Before you sit down you have to order via kiosk. There are 4 kiosks and only one takes cash. The order process was very easy and most everything was customizable except for the shakes. After paying for the order and sitting down I believe we only waited 3 or 4 minutes and our order was ready. They don't bring the food out to you, there is a pickup window. Our burgers, fries, and onion rings were perfect so I think the whole experience of going to Steak and Shake is better than it used to be. Pretty much the only contact you have with the staff is when you pick up your order at the pickup window.

This is a bit of an odd restraint. They have been around for years and when you walk in you can tell as everything is tile and feels like you're back in the early 2000s. However the food is still amazing and still makes a good place to take your family out for a meal. Only thing is they have tried to automate things so your dealing with kiosk to order witch can be hard for some plus you have to go pick up your order from the counter once it's called even if your dining in.

The food was amazing! I love this restaurant. The wait was not long. The burgers are great and the fries are so good with the Steak 'n Shake's seasoning. Their shakes are to die for. If you have not had one yet, you need to. The app makes it easy to pay and tip and also earn rewards.

Great customer service. There is a kid named John that works there, he is awesome 😎

This was my favorite food for yeaaaaaars and they shut down by where I used to live, I moved to southgate and guess what ??I found steak 'n shake I went there the other day it was amazing I loved and enjoyed every single part of it

Good food and prices. Defiantly better than McDonalds tasteless plastic and a 1/3 the price of 5 guys. Need a thicker French fry though. Fry’s that thin have no potato flavor, are harder to pickup and you need a bunch to make a mouthful.

Haven't had steak 'n shake in a few years the ones by me closed. Was happy when we found this location. The food was delicious. It was weird not having any communication with staff . I'll definitely come back for a visit when I'm that way again.

Awesome shakes!! Go between 2-5 for happy hour, they are half off. If you stopped going to steak n shake because they had terrible service for years, give them another chance. Ever since they reopened recently it has been on point 100%. Great burgers and fries for very good prices, especially compared to how high fast food prices have gone. Highly recommend.

So I don't normally leave reviews but today I felt inclined to do so. I went through the drive through of steak and shake and met quite possibly the coolest employee ever. He said he name was Shawn and that he was the manager, he recognized me just based off my band clothes and even knew the music I have tattooed on my arm. 10/10 would highly recommend for any music lovers and for anyone looking for some amazing food. Everything was hot fresh and didn't last more then five minutes! XD The food was amazing and the service was even better. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SHAWN. ♥

This place just reopened and I came in twice this week because it was so good! The place is clean and friendly. I wasn't sure how to feel about the new kiosk stands but I think they made the experience much faster. I got my food, at 5pm, in like 3 minutes with my brother. Friendly staff that look and sound happy. This place is sit down quality food with speedy service! No joke. Get the garlic burger 🍔 it's the best.

I have ordered from here a handful of times and every time I encounter such kind individuals. They're so polite and friendly. Sometimes there is a wait but I don't mind at all because I know my food is being cooked professionally. The food is delicious, and the shakes are AMAZING!
I will definitely continue to come here!

Burger,s, fries, onion rings were good, service was fast. The vanilla shake was probably the best. Good food, fast service what more can you ask for? My only complaint, since it reopened my "Heaven on a bun" is no longer available on the menu. I miss the Mushroom n Swiss! I've not been there because this burger isn't available on the menu.

Deeeelicious!! So HAPPY they are opened again! New owners as Steak and Shake now allows franchising and I got to meet one of them..She was super sweet! New management team too. The food was prepared exactly as ordered and the place was super clean!! I liked it much better than before because it seemed more personalized and everybody was smiling and much more outgoing than before. Stop in and see for yourself!

They dont have waitresses anymore here. It's all kisok but I understand no one wants to work or can't just get employees. The food was great and the restaurant was very clean.

Food and service were above average for the 1st time in months.
