Henry Ford Pharmacy - Columbus

I absolutely love my pharmacy, They will call me and let me know that I'm out of my medication and refill it for me. They are so helpful and nice I really love Henry Ford Pharmacy Novi, Mi off 12 mile road.

This pharmacy is located in the same building as my primary doctor. It is very convenient for me to request a refill from my doctor and pick it up at the same building. The service has always been quick. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

The Columbus pharmacy used to be the best but lately the service degraded. When I picked the medications, they didn’t tell me I need to come back for one more medication it did happen twice.
They should inform us if something is missing and need to be picked up later when ready.

The service at this pharmacy is absolutely horrid. I do not recommend dispensing your prescriptions from this location! The pharmacist, Katie, was rude and inconsiderate and did not respect my privacy concerning my sensitive medical issues. I caution all patients when receiving medications and consultation from this pharmacist.
