Schroeter’s put together a beautiful arrangement, delivered it promptly, and even called to verify delivery when the recipient wasn’t home to accept. All of that within less than 18 hours of placing our order. Nice work and keep it up!!

Stopped here to buy my wife some just because flowers. Service was amazing and arrangement was custom made. I was asked how much I wanted to spend along with what kind of flowers I was looking for and they made it happen. I don't know flowers very well so I was only able to speak to 2 specific flowers I wanted and asked them to choose the rest. I was very happy with my experience and the arrangement they put together for me. My wife loved them plus it's been a week and the flowers still look amazing!!

I went looking for a local florist, a new one. I found this florist to be very helpful. They were willing to make a bouquet to my specifications on the spot. Considering they had many orders to fill I was impressed that they gave me this level of attention. It didn’t take too long and we were even able to negotiate a price without the vase that was fair to the both of us.

The store is new looking and lots of lighting and not cluttered but not with wide open unused spaces. The decor was welcoming and fresh.

I live in CA & ordered flowers online from here for delivery to a friend in MI. I did not realize they wouldn’t be home when the flowers were delivered. However, I called Schroeters & they went back & picked up the flowers so they wouldn’t die out in the cold. And then they re-delivered them once my friend was back in town later that week. Highly recommend, amazing customer service, and she loved the flowers! Thank you!

I was impressed with the variety of plants they have. They have lots of tropical plants as well. The owners are very sweet and helpful. Isabella is a sweet young lady with a lot of knowledge about plants. I used their potting soil and it’s been great.

Wonderful arrangements and wonderful service! They even went back to collect my order when they had already delivered it when I got the date mixed up! They were so nice and accommodated the last minute change :)

I no longer live in the same city as Schroeter’s Flowers and Gifts, but they do such an outstanding job and personal service, that I always use them. I have never been disappointed with their service in 25 years.

They are wonderful. I would never go with anyone else. I made a mistake and selected a wrong day delivery and called them and they were so accommodating. They are the best.

My daughter has been dealing with health issues and I wanted to send her a little "pick-me-up" - hoping it could get to her today. I chose the florist choice so that something could be made up quickly with whatever flowers were easily onhand. I certainly was not disappointed! The flowers arrived in approximately two hours - so quick! The arrangement was really nice. Rest of story: daughter had come home from work sick and soon after arriving home, the flowers were delivered. Perfect Timing!! (I'd love to know what the pink bell-shaped flower is called!)
