I came to T-Mobile from Sprint. The staff at 4349 E Grand River were fantastic and hooked me up with the exact phone I came in to check out. I called before arriving to get an idea what they had in stock and they were super helpful over the phone too. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had getting a new phone and starting a new contract. They made it look easy! The store itself was calm, clean and inviting. I left in a way better mood than when I arrived, and I was already having a good day. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

I swear, the employees at this store go above and beyond every single time I visit. Pavel and Amber are so incredibly welcoming and patient, and the other members of their team who've helped me in the past, Tyler and Jason, are just incredible guys with great personalities, super helpful, and you can tell know what they're doing. I remember one time I visited when Tyler and Jason were working, and Jason took his lunch break at what seemed like the perfect timing - I was the only customer in the store - and of course, just moments after Jason leaves for lunch two full families arrived (one was there to pick up an order and the other was there to switch to T-Mobile), and then the phone started ringing. I kid you not, Tyler was able to perfectly juggle helping the two families that had arrived, the customer on the phone, and finish helping me with my transaction without a single drop of sweat. These people are on 👏🏻 the 👏🏻 ball 👏🏻.

I drive an hour out of my way to go to this T-Mobile store! The owner and employees here are amazing, they go above and beyond to help you get anything you need!! I would never choose another store after going to this one! They are super friendly and knowledgeable always so super helpful. I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation, if you want smart, friendly, amazing helpful staff, this is the place!! Also they have an amazing selection of cases and stuff, which some T-Mobiles do not. So go see them, you will definitely leave happy!!

Super friendly and helpful! Jason was the sales guy who helped my daughter and I but the other two workers there were so kind and friendly as well. You can tell when a store has a great team. I have been a customer for Over twenty years with T-Mobile and this store is the best!

Owners Pave and Amber are awesome. They know their products and give the best service I have ever had in a phone store. Pavel quickly determined my issue and I already thought I knew the outcome. I did. Getting a new phone was easy, set up was quickly done, explanation of new plan was fairly clear. I had questions to ask when we went back to pick up my wife's phone. Her phone was quickly set up, my questions were answered and we left feeling very good about our experience. If you are in Howell, MI and are (or thinking about becoming) a T-Mobile customer, come to this location. These owners are exceptional! I may use them from my home base of Arizona from now on. They are that good.

I have had T-Mobile for about 4 years. Love it. Pavel set me up. I have 4 phone lines, tablet and internet and it is a much better price than any other carrier. Pavel makes sure you get the best deals. I just dropped my tablet and he helped me file the claim. Got the new tablet the next day. He made sure my tablet was wiped before returning the damaged one. Excellent customer service. Paval and his wife are a great team to work with and I highly recommend them.

They have a value added feature where u can add the TABLET (nice size) and I don't buy it but you pay a monthly fee of only $20 per month. Can't beat that. So told lady friend and she said your other one works fine. So back to store and They told me how to send it back to T-mobile! Nice customer service. Truly knowledgeable staff and ready to assist you! Pleasant store and staff is Great!

Excellent customer service with Pavel,Jason and Tyler,whether it's servicing your phone or going to bat for you with customer service. I never feel rushed when describing any phone or technical issues and they have always been patient and helpful,always resolving any issues I may have. Great place,great staff; my only go to place.

Very Helpful, and over the top customer service. Pavel and his team worked with us and our previous cell phone provider for 3 hours to get us moved to the t mobile network without any hesitation. Highly recommend! Thanks again guys!

jason is absolutely amazing. my grandma and i were so frustrated with the phone operators so we ended up going into the store, and he walked us thru everything. he’s super sweet, and super helpful. this location is a bit of a drive for me but i’ll always come here if i have an issue with my phone in the future.

I’ve been to various cell phone stores, at&t, Verizon, and recently I switched to T-Mobile last October. This t-moblie store was ran by the friendliest, honest, and helpful people I’ve ever ran into. We upgraded a phone and it only took an hour. They knew how to get us in and out. (Other cellphone places it always took 3-4hours) I recommend using this T-moblie. I’m extremely happy we did.

Have been with t mobile for about 6 years and I won't go to any of the other stores. All the staff is amazing and super knowledgeable about everything. If you are in need of anything go see these guys and gals, you won't regret it.

Tyler was the best. He helped solve my 3week dilemma of finding a talk and text only phone. He helped me find a phone online with only talk and text ! Wonderful customer service!
