They helped me carry my package weighing 40lbs by offering a dolly when I requested. It was a nice experience. Would go back.

USPS has a pretty poor reputation, but I had such a positive experience at this location today! Malcolm took the time to teach me how to use the self service station from start to finish, and was the nicest USPS worker I've ever encountered. Thanks Malcolm!

I've always had good experiences at this post office, I mean really good. I came on here just to give them a good review, and was surprised to see that some of the other reviews are bad. When I was standing in the long holiday-related line the day before yesterday, I had an opportunity to observe all of the people behind the counter and they all seemed professional. But this is the second time some of them (I don't know their names) went above and beyond for me. They do their work with a lot of humor and seem to get along well with each other, too.

I felt that I needed to put in a review because of how low the scoring was. Under 3 stars? Hmmmm....I have been going here for many years....at least, 13.....and I have never had any problem with them. The post office staff behind the counter are always kind and courteous. At times, there are long lines during typical peak periods and time; however, there is most often someone from the post office walking the line asking for quick transactions that they can complete. And, honestly, regardless of how long the line is, I am amazed that the line always moves quickly. I have never been displeased. Also, I always find a parking spot even if it is parking at the loading zone in front of the building for a quick in and out - which I always manage.

I had a customer service issue with the Green Road location after visiting the Stadium location. I returned to the Stadium post office and Tanina helped me resolve the issue. She was very professional and respectful. The staff at Green Road were extremely rude. I do not recommend the Green Road post office if you’re looking to be treated with decency. The Stadium staff is always polite and kind. Tanina was no exception. The AA post office needs more people like her on the job.

I've lived in Ann Arbor for 20 years and the Stadium PO has always been my go-to site when I need to mail a package, buy stamps in person, or deal with a passport issue. The staff has always been unfailingly kind. I have never had an issue with supplies. They have always answered my questions. Occasionally I have had to wait in line (particularly around holidays or if I came in at lunch time), but never unreasonably long. (Well, sometimes around the holidays it can be long, but only because the line is long. Every station was staffed and the line did keep moving!) 20 years of 5 stars from me.

Ordering online can be such a crazy hassle and such a process. After days spent waiting on this “package is on route for delivery” I elected to go to this location to find out more details on my package. Bobby greeted me with a big smile and a willingness to help. Unfortunately the package was temporarily with a carrier and so began the two hour wait in the lobby until the carrier returned. After multiple attempts to the back and patiently answering my questions, Bobby was able to intercepted my package from the carrier as soon as he arrived! He was friendly, patient and made my experience so much better. Thanks, Bobby!

This review is for Cheryl at the Stadium Blvd. location in Ann Arbor. I had an issue with a priority express mail label that we have pre-printed with our corporate account information. She was helpful over the phone AND she came to our office downtown to personally pick up the envelope to try and figure out the problem and make sure that the customer still received their purchase on time (that day). That is excellent customer service - to us and to our customer! Thank you!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE by Calvin!!!! What a breath of fresh, beautiful air. He was helpful, kind and genuinely friendly. Our exchange shifted my day and it just goes to show how little things are big. USPS, you are LUCKY to have him! Thank you, Calvin!

I have always gotten great service at the Stadium post office. The counter staff has always been fun and friendly. I just got of the phone with a customer service person there. The phone rang for a while but she was very accommodating. I send packages all over the US and get great service for a great price for our PO. I have traveled to over 40 countries and the postal system in the US is one of the best in the world. People need to send a package from Europe or Central America to the US to compare services.

The staff at this location have always demonstrated a dedication to service and professional conduct.

I have watched the staff at this location treat very difficult customers with patience and a very professional manner. At times when I thought the customer should be told to leave, they have persevered and been polite through-out the visit.

Recently, I watched a demonstration of their high standard of service. A customer wanted some specific stamps with a flower picture. The staff worked together to search the building to try to find the stamps. I was very impressed with their dedication and kindness.

This is the best post office I’ve ever been to. The people working there are friendly and helpful and my outgoing mail is never damaged or lost. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I’ve been using this post office for about a year and a half now and I go there very frequently since I have an online shop and need to ship out orders and I’ve never experienced the issues others have.

WIth rare exceptions, I've found the service here to be just fine. When the line gets long, usually someone comes out to help people who are just there for picking up parcels, registered mail, etc. Helps keep things moving. I've found the clerks to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

And no, I don't work for USPS or have friends or relatives who do. I'm just sickened by the nasty reviews I've read below, which don't reflect the 11+ years I've used this particular branch of the post office. Considering the budget cutbacks they have had to deal with, and the obviously spoiled attitudes of some local residents, I'm surprised that the service has been consistently good.

Maybe some of the complainants need to put themselves on the other side of the counter, recognize that the clerks don't make policy or budget decisions, can't change the building or the parking, and PARTICULARLY can't help it that MANY customers insist on using the line when they could readily use the automated self-services available just next to the main area. Truly, a set of problems exacerbated by foolish, selfish, ignorant, fearful, or just plain lazy customers in many instances.

This is the USPS you want to use in Ann Arbor, yes it will be busy, that’s not their fault. If you left this place angry, then you are the problem, these workers have helped me out time and time over, all are amazing, special shout-out to the younger two gentlemen who work the register is on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Diane answered the phone when I called, went out of her way to check on my package, and have it at the front desk for pick-up. I am leaving for vacation and Diane gave me the choice to wait for delivery or pick it up myself. She is professional, personal and extremely competent.
Such a pleasure doing business with my Stadium USPS.
Thanks Diane!

Those 1 star reviews are shocking. I have lived in 12 different cities 7 different states. This is the best Post Office hands down. Of the top 10 postal workers I've known, 4 work here. If you bring positive energy you receive positive energy.

They try -- as much as any postal service will ever -- to get ppl in & out as quickly as possible! Are there any happy postal workers that are friendly anymore? No, but efficiency is #1 priority!

Jeff figured out what I needed before I even asked - and helped me to get all 5 things together for a passport renewal in about 8 minutes. I had enough extra time before my appointment after to write a review 😂 5 stars would mail again

We dropped two packages off in Ann Arbor on Saturday, Dec. 21 and they arrived in Hawaii on time on Tuesday, Dec. 24! Fed Ex and UPS didn't make many Christmas deadlines especially with the snow storms, but USPS did. Awesome!

I have had nothing but great service! They helped me out with getting a passport renewed, made things very simple. They also helped me get a package re-routed that was sent to the wrong address, super easy.
